Mate Affiliates - Commission not paid

Mate Affiliates has not paid our February commission amounting to € 7,650. We have been in frequent contact with our affiliate manager who has repeatedly said that the money is coming and now they have been completely silent for us for the last two weeks even though we have tried to contact them several times. We have also been in contact with Mate Affiliates ’Head Of Affiliates who responded to the first posts but also stopped responding very quickly. We have also advertised them in March and of course the commission for that month is certainly not yet due, but if the previous payments are so late ....

Total amount with march comission included is 12.351,20€

we've been trying to clear up the traffic and commission situation.

Hello, yes the e-mail is incorrect now sorry for that. If u can take just the number 20 out and then it is correct. I can't contact with the skype contact now and i dont got opportunity to login in to his skype.
