Mate Affiliates - Delayed affiliate payments totaling €559

I have big problems with mateaffiliates. I have 5 invoices that they have not paid yet, and they are delayed month by month, the problem is that they are not delayed by a week but more than a month, I still have not received the commission for March from Winota and ZetCasino in value of 559 euros. In the application it appears as if they were paid, but I wrote them and I asked this and yes they recognized as it can be seen from the conversations, I also made a print screen. I actually lost my patience, I have been working as an affiliate for 12 years with over 10 operators, but no one makes fun of affiliates. They promised me countless times that the payment would be made tomorrow, like next week and nothing. Moreover, it threatens me that if I put negative reviews on the forums, they won't pay me at all, for a few weeks now, both my manager and the main manager of the affiliate program disappeared.I consider that I am quite understanding, since I do not claim the commission from April, although that is also due these days, but I only want the commission from March, when I signed up with them, they promised me that the payments will be made. until the 15th of the following month. I also attached pieces of my conversation with them, as I promise you will either pay me today, or tomorrow, or next week, obviously this did not happen.
I am already trying for the third time to open this complaint, unfortunately I did not do well, I hope that this time you did well and help me solve the problem with them, I really lost my patience.

You have been saying this for at least 3 weeks! I have been affiliated for 12 years, I work with over 10 operators, so no one made fun of me! There are no personal data, they are just the names of the managers, which are public anyway for example on linkedin, but also on other sites! A concrete term that you can respect, but without lying! Thank you.

And at the same time I would like to know why you don't answer me on skype, and why are all the managers from mateaffiliates invisible?
