Altair Affiliates - Missing payment and ignorance from managers

RESOLVED

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint regarding Altair Affiliates for unpaid affiliate commission in the amount of €1114 and a complete lack of communication from their side.

I have been trying to resolve this matter directly with them for quite some time, but unfortunately, all communication channels have effectively stopped answering.

Here is the current situation:

My affiliate manager is not responding, even tho He was reading my messages
The main communication channel of Altair Affiliates is ignoring me
Their finance department has also stopped replying
Meanwhile, my account still shows unpaid commission

I have made multiple attempts to contact them politely and professionally in order to clarify when the payment would be processed, but I am being completely ignored.

This is highly concerning and unprofessional, especially considering that this is earned commission that remains unpaid without any proper explanation or contact.

At this point, I am requesting AskGamblers to help mediate this issue.

Regards.

Hello,

We would like to address this complaint and provide clarification regarding the situation.

Following a detailed internal review of the affiliate account in question, we have identified multiple indicators of fraudulent activity and a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

The cooperation with this affiliate began in February 2026, with traffic declared as SEO-based. However, already within the first month, the account generated 11 First Time Depositors (FTDs), which immediately triggered our internal fraud detection systems.

Our analysis revealed several highly irregular performance metrics, including:
- An exceptionally high Registration-to-FTD conversion rate of 91%
- A Click-to-FTD conversion rate of 35%, significantly above industry norms
- Over 90% of traffic originating from desktop devices, which is inconsistent with typical SEO traffic distribution
- Low player value and wagering activity
- A disproportionately high withdrawal rate shortly after deposits

Additionally, the website provided as the traffic source shows no verifiable organic presence or legitimate SEO traffic, further confirming that the traffic was not genuine.

Based on these findings, we concluded that the activity associated with this account is not compliant with our program policies and constitutes a clear breach of our Terms & Conditions.

As a result:
- All pending commissions have been voided
- The affiliate account has been permanently closed and banned from our platform

We take fraud prevention very seriously and maintain strict policies to ensure a fair and transparent environment for all partners. We also retain full documentation and evidence supporting our decision, which can be shared with the relevant mediating party if required.

Given the above, we consider this matter resolved from our side.

Sincerely,
Altair Affiliates Team

Hello,

Thank you for your response, but I strongly disagree with the conclusions presented by Altair Affiliates.

What do you mean by that?
While I was in contact with my affiliate manager from the very beginning, I clearly informed them that the traffic sent to the website would not come from a long-established SEO project, but would be redirected from my previous project and existing community, which I had built earlier while streaming. I also explained that my Discord community is still active, and that this would be one of the main traffic sources.

This information was fully disclosed in advance and was accepted without objection by the manager at the time.
So now using this as a reason to label my traffic as “fraudulent” is simply unfair and misleading.

Important clarification:
The website is newly built, so naturally it does not yet have strong organic SEO visibility
This was never hidden
Altair was aware that players were being redirected from my previous brand/project/community
This was discussed with the manager before and during cooperation

Because of that, metrics such as:

high registration-to-FTD conversion,
strong click-to-FTD rate,
higher desktop share,

are completely explainable and do not automatically indicate fraud.

In fact, these results are very normal when traffic comes from:

an already engaged audience,
returning community members,
trusted personal recommendations,
direct users from Discord / streaming-related channels

This is not cold, random SEO traffic — it is warm traffic from an existing audience.

Most importantly:

The players referred were not fake, not incentivized, and not fraudulent.

They were real depositing players, and what is especially important is that:

those players remained active in the following months
new players were also joining later
player activity did not stop after the first month

This directly contradicts the suggestion that the traffic was artificial or non-genuine.

If Altair truly believed there was fraud, they should have:

raised concerns immediately,
asked for clarification during the cooperation,
or warned me before continuing to accept the traffic and players.

Instead, they accepted the traffic, allowed the players to register and deposit, and only later decided to void the commissions and ban the account once comission had already been generated and complaint opened.

That is exactly why I consider these practices to be unfair and abusive from an affiliate program perspective.

I would therefore like to kindly ask AskGamblers to review this case carefully and help mediate this dispute, because in my opinion the actions taken by Altair Affiliates are not transparent, not fair, and not in good faith.

Sincerely, Harry.
