I would like to report an issue with Altair Affiliates regarding unpaid and confirmed affiliate commissions, and to submit consolidated information together with supporting evidence.

📅 Timeline & background
In September 2025, we started traffic for Altair Affiliates after all conditions were fully agreed in writing with their affiliate manager Sebastian.
Traffic sources, GEOs, CPA rates, and payout terms were approved prior to launch.
Sebastian from Altair Affiliates officially confirmed the results, stating that the traffic generated valid FTDs with a final commission.
According to Altair Affiliates’ payout terms, commissions should be paid after the 20th of the following month.
❗ Problem description
Despite the commission being confirmed by the affiliate manager, not disputed for fraud, and not rejected for any reason, the payment has never been made.
We attempted to contact Altair Affiliates multiple times via Telegram during October, November, and December 2025, but most messages were ignored.
On December 2, 2025, Sebastian explicitly admitted:
“I found the amount, but it was not added for payment. I will make sure it gets paid.”
However, even after this acknowledgment, no payment was sent, no ETA was provided, and no proof of payment was shared; communication eventually stopped.
Additionally, correspondence with another Altair Affiliates representative, @thomasaff, confirms that the commissions were acknowledged as unpaid, the delay was internal on Altair Affiliates’ side, and the issue was escalated to finance, but never resolved.
📎 Supporting evidence provided
Attached screenshots include Altair Affiliates dashboard, showing confirmed commissions and the absence of payment, Telegram correspondence with Sebastian and @thomasaff, confirming commissions were acknowledged as confirmed and unpaid. and no fraud or rejection reasons were stated, payment delays were explicitly admitted, assurances were given, but never fulfilled.
📌 Current status
As of today, commissions for September–October–November 2025 remain unpaid, despite confirmation and acknowledgment from multiple representatives of Altair Affiliates.
✅ Request
We kindly ask AskGamblers to review the attached evidence and assist in resolving this case by requesting Altair Affiliates to finalize payment of the confirmed commissions, provide clear communication and proof of payment, and fulfill their agreed financial obligations.
