Altair Affiliates - Missing payment and ignorance from managers

Complaint Description


We are filing this complaint due to a prolonged and unresolved non-payment issue with Altair Affiliates, despite approved commissions and explicit confirmation of compensation from their affiliate manager.

Background:

On October 23, 2025, Altair Affiliates closed the FR geo for Monsterwin without notifying us in advance. As a result, our buying team launched traffic and spent approximately $250, which Altair later acknowledged.

On October 24, 2025, the affiliate manager (Andrei A.) explicitly confirmed that this amount would be added as a fixed fee compensation.

Throughout early November:

We repeatedly requested reconciliation and payment instructions.

Altair confirmed the commission amount ( €4,800 for October). + compensation of 220 EUR.

Payment method was added (crypto, no invoice required). All commissions were marked as approved. We were told multiple times that payment would be processed “next week at the latest”.

Despite this:

No payment was received. No clear ETA was ever provided. Communication became increasingly delayed and eventually ignored.

On November 20, we were informed that the payment was delayed due to an internal processor (“iGate”), but still approved.

On December 4, Altair claimed that a wire transfer had been sent earlier and provided a screenshot. However: The amount was 4591 EUR, so we were missing 1 FTD payment + compensation. Andrei told us he will check it and dissapeared.

As of December 17, after more than one month of delays, we still have:

No full October payment

No compensation paid

No confirmed payout date

No escalation contact provided

Why this is a serious issue: Commissions were fully approved. Compensation was explicitly promised. We continuously followed up in a professional manner.

The lack of payment and prolonged silence directly impacted our cash flow, budgeting, and salaries.
This behavior raises serious concerns about reliability and transparency.

What we request:

Immediate remaining payment of all remaining approved October commissions - 209 EUR

Payment of the agreed fixed fee compensation - 220 EUR

Clear confirmation of payment status and transaction reference

We are providing chat logs and screenshots from the affiliate account. Any other evidence can also be provided upon request.

Hello,

We would like to clarify the situation and address the claims made in this thread regarding alleged non-payment.

Market closure clarification
Changes in focus markets are inherently unpredictable. While we try to notify partners in advance whenever possible, this is not feasible due to operational and commercial constraints. For this reason, and despite no contractual obligation, we agreed to compensate the traffic that was launched after the market was closed.

Payment details:
• October commissions:
A total of €4,650.00 was paid on November 26.
• Fixed-fee compensation:
The agreed compensation of €220.00 was paid on December 16.

This means that the full payable amount was settled in full before December 17, which is when this thread was created. At that point, there was no outstanding balance.

Proof of payment (POPs) for both transactions have already been shared and will be shared again by the affiliate manager for full transparency.

Additional context:
AffGang registered on October 10 and provided traffic for one month only. All approved commissions for that period were fully paid. Based on the results and the nature of the traffic, we made a commercial decision to discontinue the collaboration going forward. This decision does not affect payments owed, all of which have been completed.

Summary:
- All approved commissions were paid
- The agreed compensation was paid
- No balance is outstanding
- Payment confirmations are available

We consider this matter financially closed.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused, however, we confirm once again that the full commission and agreed compensation were paid in full.

Thank you for the update. We would like to clarify that the issue is not resolved.

Altair Affiliates’ statement contains an incorrect commission amount.

Correct figures:

Approved October commission: €4,800, not €4,650

This amount was approved in their affiliate system and explicitly confirmed by the affiliate manager

Fixed-fee compensation: €220 (agreed separately)

The payment they refer to (€4,650) is missing €150 of approved commission, in addition to the compensation which was handled separately.

We are attaching:

Screenshots from the affiliate dashboard showing €4,800 approved

Chat confirmations from the affiliate manager confirming this amount

Until the full approved commission of €4,800 is paid in full, the matter cannot be considered closed.

We kindly ask AskGamblers to keep the complaint open while the remaining discrepancy is reviewed.
