We delivered for 85 FTDs in July. More than half of the commission was put on hold stating that the players did not return though it was a condition made while approving the deal. If the players who do not return to deposit will not be paid - this condition should have been told us before.
Secondly, on 10th August we received a mail for approved commission and was told that after passing all the checks the amount has been approved and we were asked to raise an invoice. In the mail its mentioned that the payment will be released within 30 days, but its been 3 months and we are not paid. We are given excuses that the check is still going on. We delivered few FTDs next month also and that commission was also approved.
My concern is if the check was not complete why were we asked to raise an invoice and our commission was approved. And when the commission was approved, what kind of check is still going on which is not coming to an end.
Moreover we were told by the accounting team that our account is on low priority.
Its shameful to tag the partners who put in efforts for your brand as "LOW-PRIORITY".
I request askgamblers support team to please look into this and get our commission paid.

This affiliate's account was under investigation for possible affiliate fraud. Upon further investigation, we detected several abnormalities in the traffic they created on our site, and we have marked this affiliate as CPA ABUSER/ AFFILIATE FRAUD.
There was a clear breach of our terms:
6.17 For CPA and/or Revenue Share to be paid the traffic must not come from bonus seekers and there should be no personal relationship whatsoever between the affiliate and the players. An affiliate can under no circumstances deposit and play under his own affiliate CPA or Revenue Share account. The use of one’s own affiliate tracker to deposit and play is strictly forbidden.
6.18 Furthermore, with regard to any CPA deals that show abnormal player behavior or activity and/or very low player value, we reserve the right to cancel the CPA arrangement and place the account on revenue share. However, if CPA abuse/fraud is suspected/discovered the affiliate account will be closed, no payment will be made, and we hold the right to withhold any information regarding the specific abnormal activity and/or CPA abuse.
6.18.1 CPA abuse includes, but is not limited to the following definitions:
– Staking or incentivizing players in an attempt to get CPA paid as a result
– Having multiple players that deposit once to trigger CPA level, and play and lose with the deposited amount, with no further play activity.
– Having multiple players with similar game patterns and player details

For these breach of terms, you have already put on hold a commission of 2200 Euros.
After all the checks 2735 Euros were approved by you and we were asked to raise an invoice. We are not asking you to pay for the players that have breached the terms. We are asking you to pay the approved commission and for the players who were approved after the checks.
Why are you not paying after approving 52 of the players out of 85.
You yourself have approved this commission. We are demanding this and not for the players who have not passed your check.
Only 33 players breached the terms and you are not paying for rest of the players 52 also.
And on what basis did you approve the commission and had send us an email, asking us to raise an invoice.
The commission for next month is also approved by you. I have attached screenshots of your mails.
If our traffic was inappropriate, why the account manager asked us to continue delivering the traffic in the next month and you approved commission for that month also.
It was our decision to pause the traffic for you. You had asked us to continue and now you are not paying the approved commission also.

even I have attached proofs of your emails where you approved my commission twice.
Why would somebody approve a commission and will ask us to continue if the traffic was fraudulent.
Now you are making excuses because you don't have any intentions to pay. And this will be reported to the Gambling Commission and Curacao Egaming authorities as well.
And AG - you have awarded such scammers who after sending mails and asking to raise the invoice, do not pay their partners. How do they deserve any award this way. AG, you should seriously look into this and stop such brands from exploiting partners like us.
