Campeon Affiliates - Late Commission Payment

From June to August 2025, I generated €680 in commissions as an affiliate for CampeonBet. I sent the invoice on September 1st, 2025, and on September 10th, the accounting team kindly confirmed receipt and informed me that the payment would be processed within 30-40 days.
Today is October 13th, 2025, which means 42 days have passed since I submitted the invoice. I understand that sometimes delays can happen, but the promised deadline has now been exceeded.
On October 6th, I politely reached out to the accounting team to ask about the expected payment date. They responded on October 7th saying the payment "hasn't been settled yet" and that they would check with the Finance Team. However, I haven't received any update since then, and no specific payment date has been provided.
I've also tried contacting my affiliate manager a few times, but unfortunately, responses have been very rare.
I want to emphasize that I have great respect for CampeonBet and truly appreciate the partnership we have. I understand that businesses face challenges, and I've been patient and understanding throughout this process. I trust that I will eventually receive my payment, but the lack of concrete response and defined timeline is causing me significant distress and discomfort. < personal information removed >
I sincerely apologize for having to open this complaint. It's not my intention to be difficult or create problems. I simply have no other option at this point, as I've exhausted all direct communication channels and the payment deadline has passed.
