I would like to formally report an issue regarding outstanding affiliate commission payments that remain unpaid.
The total amount currently due is **€525**, broken down as follows:
* **€490** related to work performed in **November**, with payment expected in **December 2025**
* **€35** related to **December**, with payment expected in **January 2026**
I followed the requested procedure correctly and issued the invoice only after direct instruction from my affiliate manager, who informed me that the affiliation would be closed and that the outstanding amounts would be paid normally.
The accounting department confirmed receipt of the invoice and stated that the payment processing period is up to **40 days**. However, this timeframe has already been exceeded, and to date **none of the amounts have been paid**, nor has a specific payment date been provided.
I have attempted to obtain updates from both the accounting department and my affiliate manager, but the responses have been generic and without a clear payment deadline.
I do not usually file complaints or escalate matters like this, but the lack of clear communication and the delay beyond the stated timeframe have left me with no alternative.
Please note that my intention is not to be persistent or disrespectful. I am simply requesting payment of funds that have already been acknowledged as due.
