On December 1st, 2025, I sent an invoice in the amount of €280, related to the outstanding commission balance. I only issued this invoice after being informed by my affiliate manager, Vasilis Ioannidis, that the affiliation would be closed and that I should generate and send the invoice, as the amount would be paid normally.

The accounting department confirmed receipt of the invoice and informed me that the payment processing period is up to 40 days from the date of receipt.

However, 49 days have now passed, and the payment has still not been made. No specific payment date has been provided either.

I have tried to obtain updates from both the accounting department and my affiliate manager, but the responses received so far have been generic and without any clear payment timeline.

I do not like having to open complaints or cases here, but the lack of clear and objective communication regarding the payment has led me to take this step.

My intention is not to be persistent or disrespectful. I am simply requesting the payment of the amount that is due to me, as previously informed and confirmed by the company.

I kindly ask for the assistance of the AskGamblers team in helping to mediate this case and resolve the pending payment.
