Campeon Affiliates - Delay in Affiliate Commission Payment Campeon Affiliates

Hello,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delay in the payment of my affiliate commissions.

I submitted a withdrawal request months ago for the amount of 520EUR and no payment has been made to date. The processing time stated as 30 days has passed and I have not received any update or explanation from the company.


I kindly request an immediate response and for the pending payment to be processed as soon as possible.

Could you please confirm that the total commission amount is €520.00, as this is the amount that was paid out on 21/05/2025?

We would be happy to provide the corresponding invoice via email to @AskGamblers, should you require it.

I do not confirm!
Only 560 Dollars were paid, the conversion of 520 Euros to dollars is not just 560 dollars

@AskGamblers, could you please advise on the next steps regarding this complaint? We are able to provide an invoice confirming the transfer of €520 via email. While we understand that exchange rate differences may affect the received amount, we consider the fee settled, as the full amount was paid from our side.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Campeon Affiliates management paid the correct amount in euros. AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to remind you that the affiliate as well as the relevant payment processor used for processing their transactions, can not be held responsible for the currency exchange. Since you already confirmed you have received the payment, we have no other choice but to close the case as Resolved.
