Hello AskGamblers Team,
I’m an affiliate of Bluechip Casino and have been facing serious unresolved issues:
My commission from 3rd February 2025 to date has not been paid.
My revshare is supposed to be 55%, but it is being wrongly calculated at 25%.
I first reported this to my affiliate manager in May, and later escalated via email. On 23rd June, Bluechip support registered Case ID: OP-200611, but even after almost a month, there is still no resolution or update.
This delay is causing major problems for me, especially with daily expenses and a medical emergency in my family. I’ve waited long enough.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to help me get:
1. Revshare corrected to 55%.
2. All pending commissions from 3rd February 2025 paid.
3. Compensation for being troubled and delayed unnecessarily for nearly 5 months.
Thank you,

Dear @Sohilshaikh51,
Please make sure to update your complaint accordingly and clarify the total amount of the disputed payment/s.
Thanks for cooperating the AskGamblers Complaints Team.
Dear AskGamblers Team,
Thank you for your response.
I would like to clarify that, based on my agreement with Bluechip Partners, I am entitled to a 55% RevShare. However, the affiliate portal is showing calculations that reflect only 25%.
According to my calculations:
The portal currently shows a total of $497.55, which represents just 25%.
At 55%, the total unpaid RevShare commission from February 2025 to July 2025 should be approximately $1,094.61.
Please note:
February 2025 data is missing entirely from the portal, which I believe is intentional or a system error — this month likely includes additional unpaid commission.
Also, although the program states “no negative carryover,” negative balances from April and June were deducted from following months, which is against fair affiliate practices.
Here is the portal’s current RevShare data:
Month RevShare (25%)
March 2025 $8.26
April 2025 -$8.26
May 2025 $475.33
June 2025 -$5.99
July 2025 $28.21
Total $497.55
At the correct 55% rate, this should amount to $1,094.61.
I am happy to provide screenshots or documentation if needed. I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in ensuring this is paid in full and fairly resolved.
Thank you,
< name and email address removed >
Note: in starting they gave me 70% NGR and NNCO then reduced to 55% in screenshot the deal with my first manager
I’ve also noticed that in the past 2–3 days, multiple affiliates have raised similar complaints against Bluechip Partners regarding unpaid commissions and revshare discrepancies.
This clearly shows that my case is not an isolated incident, but part of a broader pattern of mismanagement and non-transparency by the affiliate program.
What’s even more concerning is that only those who know about platforms like AskGamblers are able to report these issues. There are likely many more affiliates who are unaware such complaint platforms even exist — meaning their earnings are being withheld silently without accountability.
I urge AskGamblers to investigate the affiliate conduct of Bluechip Partners more thoroughly, as this could indicate systemic abuse of affiliate trust.
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I noticed that after I submitted my last public reply, the waiting timer for Bluechip Partners was reset to 96 hours. I understand this might be part of the automated system, but it was not a new complaint or update requiring a reset — just a clarification and additional context.
Given the urgency and length of this pending issue, I kindly request that the AskGamblers team manually reset the timer to its previous state, or ensure it doesn't unnecessarily delay Bluechip’s response.
Thank you for your continued support and fairness in handling this case.
Best regards,

Dear SOHILSHAIKH51,
Thank you for waiting!
We are very sorry that you encountered this situation. We are already looking into it and will provide you with a response as soon as possible. We sincerely hope for your understanding.
Best regards,
BlueChip Customer Care Manager
Your reply is nothing but another template excuse — and frankly, it's insulting at this stage.
You’ve had 5 MONTHS to “look into it.” I’ve sent every document, screen recording, revenue proof, and explained the issue in full detail multiple times. Your team simply refuses to pay what is rightfully owed.
Let’s be clear:
My revshare was changed without consent from 55% to 25%.
You’ve withheld $1,094.61, based on real revenue and real data.
February’s stats are conveniently hidden from the dashboard.
You're carrying over negative balances despite promoting “no negative carryover.”
This is a textbook case of affiliate manipulation and unethical business practice.
If you are truly looking into it, then name the person responsible, give specific answers about the revshare, restore the missing data, and provide a timeline for payout — not vague promises.
I will not tolerate another generic response. If there is no concrete update within 48 hours, I will escalate this across every major affiliate forum, regulator, and social media platform. I’ve already prepared a full case file.
I demand a serious response — or the silence will speak volumes about your integrity.
This is not a player issue — it's an affiliate issue. Yet you reply as "Customer Care Manager"?
You ignored my complaint for 5 days and now post a generic message just before the review deadline to manipulate the timer.
Where is the response from your affiliate team about:
The missing February 2025 data
My revshare downgrade from 55% to 25% without reason
The negative carryover
The $1,094.61 USD you owe me?
Stop playing delay tactics. This is not support chat — this is about money and ethics. I demand a real reply from the affiliate manager now.
Many affiliates don’t even know how to file complaints — I do, and I won’t stop here.
@askgamblers
Dear Sohilshaikh51,
The responses took some time because we were trying to find the best solution. Now we are coming to you with an answer from the affiliate team.
In accordance with the terms of the affiliate program, which partners (you) agreed to upon registration, we would like to draw your attention to T&C 3
which states the following:
If Partner does not attract more than 10 (ten) new active players within a calendar month, PP has the right (but is not obliged) to change the terms of cooperation with the Partner, including 50% reducing the amount of fee to be received by the Partner.
In the event that the partner fails to meet the minimum KPI — attracting at least 10 new players per month — the administration reserves the right to revise the amount of commission paid.
As the required KPI was not met during the reporting period, we are prepared to issue a payment of 50% of the accrued commission, in accordance with the terms of the affiliate program.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
BlueChip
Affiliate team

Dear @Sohilshaikh51,
The AskGamblers Complaint Team is kindly asking you to update your complaint in a timely manner and confirm if you consider the issue resolved. Please note that, in case you fail to respond within the given timeframe we will consider your case resolved and it will be closed accordingly.
Please keep in mind that as per the AGCCS Terms and Guidelines which you accepted upon registering and using our complaint system, you are obliged to provide the necessary level of assistance and cooperation during the process and providing updates in a timely manner is a must.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
You conveniently skipped February 2025 in stats — a full month missing. You also downgraded my revshare from 55% to 25% without warning and took 5 days to respond, only to throw the KPI excuse now?
According to your own terms, you "may" reduce commission — not retroactively apply it without notice or hide stats.
Also, negative carryover + unexplained figures show lack of transparency.
This is not a genuine resolution — it's a weak attempt to avoid liability after stalling for days. I demand:
Immediate inclusion of February 2025 data
Full 55% commission for all valid months
Compensation for 5+ months of misreporting
You're not just breaching trust, you're proving every other affiliate complaint right.
My telegram: t.me/organictraff let's discuss in pace already 5 months i am waiting.
Dear Sohilshaikh51,
Thank you for your feedback. We have carefully reviewed all of your comments and are currently working on finding the best possible solution. Please allow us some time to further investigate the matter in detail. We understand your concerns and appreciate your patience. Rest assured, we will do our best to resolve this situation in the most effective way.
Thank you for your understanding.

It’s been over 2–3 weeks now since I submitted this complaint. I’ve responded clearly to every point, and the affiliate program continues to delay with copy-paste replies and no real action.
They previously said KPIs were not met — but if payments are kept on hold for 5 months, how can I continue promoting them or meet those KPIs? This is clearly unfair treatment.
I request AskGamblers to step in now and escalate this matter. Enough time has passed without a proper resolution. Please intervene and help get this sorted.
Dear all,
Thank you for your patience and continued loyalty.
Dear Sohilshaikh51,
We have reviewed our previous decision and have made a final resolution to reimburse you the full commission amount.
The payment has been processed, and you will receive it within a few days.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding, patience, and trust in us.
Best regards,
BlueChip

Bluechip Partners,
As discussed, this is to confirm that I requested the following:
1. Full recalculation of commission for the period Feb 2025 – Jul 2025 at my agreed 55% RevShare, instead of the 25% displayed in the portal.
2. Inclusion of February 2025 data which was missing from your system’s report.
3. Settlement of the total correct amount — $1,094.61 plus the February adjustment — in a single payment.
4. Compensation for the 5-month delay in processing my commission.
You have now confirmed that payment will be made in full based on the above points.
I appreciate your confirmation and look forward to receiving the complete amount promptly.

The issue is still not resolved. I am still awaiting:
1. Full payment for Feb 2025 – Jul 2025 at the agreed 55% RevShare ($1,094.61).
2. Addition of February 2025’s missing revenue (amount still to be included).
3. Compensation for the 5-month delay in payment.
Bluechip has already taken far too long. They had only 20 hours left before their previous response deadline, but they were given an extra 72 hours again. This constant extension is delaying the resolution unnecessarily.
Until all of the above are paid in full, the case cannot be marked as resolved.
I have received only $462 from Bluechip, which is far less than the full amount owed.
Pending Payment:
1. Feb 2025 – Jul 2025 at 55% RevShare: $1,094.61 total – only $462 paid, $632.61 still unpaid.
2. February 2025’s missing revenue is still not reflected in the portal.
3. Compensation for the 5-month payment delay is still not addressed.
It has now been over 2–3 weeks since the complaint was filed. Bluechip had only 20 hours left before their previous deadline expired, yet they were again granted an extra 72 hours. These constant extensions are only delaying justice and protecting the affiliate program from negative feedback.
It is also clear from their previous reply that they did not even read my issue before responding — if they had, this misunderstanding and delay would never have happened.
I request AskGamblers to intervene immediately and ensure the remaining payment is made in full without further delays

Dear BlueChip Partners Affiliate Program,
Please let us know if there are any updates regarding this ongoing complaint. Please note that, in case you fail to respond within the given timeframe, we will consider your case unresolved and it will be closed accordingly.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
Dear Sohilshaikh51,
We have paid the full commission amount according to our calculations.
We would like to clarify why you believe the amount should be higher. If you have any supporting documents, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share them with us. This will help us double-check our data and make any necessary adjustments.
In turn, we are also ready to provide the AskGamblers team with evidence from our side confirming that the commission was paid correctly.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your cooperation!
Best regards,
BlueChip

I was right when I said in my last reply that BlueChip has not even read my whole case properly. To make things crystal clear this time, I am attaching 4 screenshots which prove my claim.
1. RevShare Agreement:
When I first joined, my deal was 70% RevShare.
Later, this was reduced to 55% RevShare (confirmed in chats with my first manager).
But in the new affiliate dashboard, it is now showing only 25%, which was never agreed.
2. Incorrect Payment:
For the recent payout, I received only $462 USD.
At 55% RevShare, the correct amount should have been $1,094.61 USD.
This means I am still missing $632.61 USD.
3. Negative Carryover (Unfair Practice):
I clearly agreed to No Negative Carryover when I joined.
Yet my earnings show deductions month by month:
Month RevShare (25%)
March 2025 $8.26
April 2025 -$8.26
May 2025 $475.33
June 2025 -$5.99
July 2025 $28.21
Total $497.55
Even in August, I can see negative carryover still being applied.
The final balance of $497.55 clearly proves manipulation, because negatives are being carried over month to month, which is a direct violation of the “No Negative Carryover” agreement.
4. February Commission Missing:
My February commission is completely missing.
Their excuse is that the new dashboard does not show February data, which is unacceptable.
5. Delays & Avoidance:
The case has been open since 23rd June 2025 (Case ID: OP-200611) but they continue to drag it.
Every time the deadline comes close (less than 20 hours left), they are given another 96 hours extension, which is unfair and only helps them delay further.
6. Unfair Excuses:
They claimed “KPIs not satisfied,” but how can KPIs be met if they hold my payments for 5 months?
Even their last reply came from a “customer care manager,” while this is clearly an affiliate program issue.
My Request:
I ask AskGamblers to intervene immediately and ensure:
Correction of my commission rate to 55% RevShare (as agreed).
Payment of the missing $632.61 USD from the last payout.
Immediate settlement of February commission (which they are ignoring by saying “no data in dashboard”).
Enforcement of the No Negative Carryover rule, since my balances are being unfairly reduced (proof: $497.55 balance manipulation, with August still showing carryover).
BlueChip has had more than enough time. If they had actually read my complaint properly before replying, this situation would never have happened. Read the previous replies before answering anything.

Dear AskGamblers team,
I was right in my last reply — BlueChip did not even read my case properly before responding. They previously agreed to pay everything, but once again they ignored the real issues, which has wasted months of my time.
Here is the timeline:
4 months ago – I raised this complaint with my affiliate manager (absolutely no replies, completely useless).
3 months ago – I raised it with customer support, they gave me a case ID but no follow-up.
More than 1 month ago – I registered this complaint on AskGamblers, and still the issue is not solved.
The main issues being ignored:
Negative carryover is still being applied even in August, despite an agreement of no negative carryover.
February commission is missing because they claim no data in their new dashboard.
The reply timer was reset to 96 hours, yet they still fail to address the actual problem.
Based on my calculations, at 55% RevShare I should have received USD 1,094.61. Instead, I only received USD 462, leaving a huge unpaid balance.
If they had read my complaint carefully, this entire situation would not have dragged on for so long. They are simply giving generic answers and buying more time instead of resolving the case.
I request AskGamblers to intervene directly, as BlueChip has already delayed this for months without any proper resolution.
Best regards,
Sohilshaikh51
I have already shared all the screenshots with my current affiliate manager directly, so Bluechip has full access to the required evidence. Everything is also clearly explained in my previous replies. There should be no excuse for further delay his name is Mark lawson according to my affiliate dashboard
Dear AskGamblers team,
We are grateful that you have given us the opportunity to provide evidence of our actions.
We have provided you with all the relevant evidence.
Dear SohilShaikh51,
Thank you so much for sharing this information with us.
In return, we’ll be happy to provide the Assemblers team with the data that supports our actions.
Best regards,

Dear AskGamblers team,
Thank you for your continued assistance.
I would like to clarify that I have already shared all the required screenshots and evidence directly with my current affiliate manager at Bluechip. Despite this, my commissions have still not been paid.
Bluechip’s response above is generic and does not resolve the core issue — my missing payment. At this stage, I kindly request AskGamblers to carefully review the evidence and step in to ensure that I finally receive the commission owed to me.
This matter has already dragged on for months, and I believe I have been patient and cooperative. Now I need a clear resolution, not further delays.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
SohilShaikh51
