Other partners have already received their April payments, but mine — despite being approved — has not been credited to my account. I have followed up multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved.

I have received such mail from bluechip team many times but I get a reply but the problem is not solved. I have been getting the same reply for 3 months.

We would like to clarify that your commission was paid in full in accordance with the applicable T&C 3.
which states the following:
If Partner does not attract more than 10 (ten) new active players within a calendar month, PP has the right (but is not obliged) to change the terms of cooperation with the Partner, including 50% reducing the amount of fee to be received by the Partner.
According to this rule, in cases where KPI conditions are not met, the commission amount may be limited to 50%. This provision was applied in your case, and the corresponding amount has been successfully paid.
We would also like to note that all calculations are carried out exclusively based on UTC +0 time zone, as stipulated by our system. Therefore, we have fully fulfilled our payment obligations on our side.

Later and till now, I have not read any such terms and conditions from any of your managers or your team, in which it is written that you will keep half percent of my 50% commission and will give only half or you will make the other half disappear altogether.
This mistake is of you, your team and your manager, not of the partners, the partners did not complete the KPI. This is your System Fault...
Back when everything was available, the manager was supportive and an active manager. Back then, there was no need for KPIs. Players always came in every month and were paid on time.
