I am an affiliate partner of Bluechip.io. My May month’s commission was **approved**, and as per the usual cycle, it was supposed to be received in **June**. However, I have still not received the payment till now.
Other partners have already received their May June payments, but mine — despite being approved — has not been credited to my account. I have followed up multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved.
I have been waiting for 7 month i hane not received my money yet.
I request you to please look into this matter and help me receive my **approved and pending May payment**.

We would also like to note that all calculations are made based on UTC+0 time to ensure transparency and a unified standard for all partners.
The commission has been calculated and paid in full in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, specifically point No. 3:
"If Partner does not attract more than 10 (ten) new active players within a calendar month, PP has the right (but is not obliged) to change the terms of cooperation with the Partner, including 50% reducing the amount of fee to be received by the Partner."
In months when the KPI was partially achieved, the payment is made at 50%, as stipulated by the terms of cooperation.
