BluChip Partners - BlueChip not paying commission

Hello AskGamblers,

I am a partner of bluechip.io, My Commission of May & June month still not approved by bluechip as usal commission pays on 1st day of each month. But from May & June Commission not paid yet.
Kindly help me to get my commission.
Manager lies to me everyday.
Kindly help.
I got my commission till april month 2025.
And bluechip manager not replying properly he lies everyday when i text him and ask for my commission he said next week, next day, etc. But still not paid.
I need any senior head of bluechip kindly contact me through mail and clear everything.
I am a genuine partner since August 2022 and gave many genuine players to bluechip.
My players trust on me and play on bluechip but Bluechip is doing fraud with me by not giving my commission.

I have texted too many times but not received any proper reply & also not received my commission of May & June 2025.

Kindly help me AskGamblers to get my commission.
I attached screenshot of partners dashboard where u can see payment history they gave me march and april payment.

As you write that you will give a response as soon as possible so please don't do cheat like my manager < full name removed > whom you appointed as my personal manager.

For the last 3 months he is lying that surely he will give our commission that day, this day, next week, next month next month, next Saturday etc.

But there is no update still he is just, He is just do Misled me and not Paying my commission.

I am in very bad situation right now without my money, i have to pay hospital bills for my new born baby, i have told my manager too many times that i am in trouble but he is not understanding my emotions.

So i request to you Bluechip team kindly process my commission of may & june month as soon as possible.

This is my right because, Players on your App who is playing game and lose their money came to your platform on behalf of me.

So don't do fraud with your valuable Partners who gave you players.

Kindly understand my situation and approve my total commission as soon as possible.

Hello Bluechip Customer Care Manager,

You guys are making us fool, don't give excuses more.

You reply is nothing and also have no sense, why are you cheating with partners.

In last reply i said that i want only my commission no any fake excuses.

While your game app is running continuously and players also playing games and you guys earn money.
But you're not Paying Commission of partners which did there hardwork to get you players.

I just want proper reply on payment only i just want my commission only and new month is also starting soon.

Give me my commission only. It just take a minute to approve but you're are not Paying.

All old staff you removed and hired indian manager to handle India partners because you don't want to pay our commission.

You newly hired manager also lies and give fake excuses which i already said in my replies.

I am saying this last time to you Bluechip partner kindly take strong action about this and pay me my commission only.

I don't want further excuse from you.
Just want my payment only,
May manager is markk lawson, and say him to reply in proper manner and pay my commission of may & june month.

I am glad to receive your reply.

Please give me my commission as soon as possible. A very emergency situation has arisen. I am missing my class. I was about to get admission in engineering. I could not do so due to lack of money because I have not received my commission for three months.

For the last 3 months my manager is lying that he will get the payment on this day or that day. Sometimes he says next day, next week, next month and in this way he is wasting time for the last 3 months and is not even talking about giving commission.

I hope you will definitely help me and I will get my commission. I have full faith in your team.

My manager which you hired lies every time i am sharing screenshot of his chat in which he said that he has a meeting with bluechip on Tuesday but now he is not replying.
Fake manager...
Kindly give me my commission that's all.
Don't make excuses.

And also i request to Askgamblers Team, Kindly take strict action about bluchip Partner and decrease their ranking overall.
If they will not give Partners money.

I don't want any messages from Bluechip Customer Care Manager.

I want to know clearly from the Bluechip Affiliate team when will I get the payment. Will I get the payment or not?

I want to know clearly. As usual, the bluechip customer care manager comes and replies. The time frame is extended. I don't want any such excuse. Enough of excuses. Now I want payment. The next month is also coming, 1st August.

Please do not cheat your partners, we have worked very hard to promote Bluechip. Because of that we have also suffered the pain of deleting our channel.

And also i request to AskGambler Team, Kindly take strict action about bluchip Partner and decrease their ranking overall.
If they not give Partners money.

Dear Ursrkm,

The responses took some time because we were trying to find the best solution. Now we are coming to you with an answer from the affiliate team.

In accordance with the terms of the affiliate program, which partners (you) agreed to upon registration, we would like to draw your attention to T&C 3
which states the following:

If Partner does not attract more than 10 (ten) new active players within a calendar month, PP has the right (but is not obliged) to change the terms of cooperation with the Partner, including 50% reducing the amount of fee to be received by the Partner.

In the event that the partner fails to meet the minimum KPI — attracting at least 10 new players per month — the administration reserves the right to revise the amount of commission paid.
As the required KPI was not met during the reporting period, we are prepared to issue a payment of 50% of the accrued commission, in accordance with the terms of the affiliate program.

Whenever you are replying, you are coming with some excuse that such a thing was never told before, now you are saying, you gave me the excuse of KPI.

We are talking about payment, my payment is for the months of May and June 2025, so I want that payment, during that time period our manager was appointed by you, whoever is on Telegram by the name of Markk L., and he had told that you need a five active player in a month with 5 new ftds.


As you have just replied that if any partner does not fulfill the promise and does not bring 10 new active players, then you will reduce the commission by 50 percent.

In this calendar frame ( 1st May - 30th June 2025 ) I gave you 12 new active players with ftds. I mention screenshot of this period.

So my total commission in the month of May & June 2025 is approximately $9337, so please give me 50% commission of this, I am mentioning my affiliate mail ID below, I hope that you will make my payment to me, in this hope.

And also i want to know about KPI & Where i can read about this.

I am not able to understand what this reply of yours means.

First of all I would like to tell you that when you replied to me earlier you had said that in that time period you did not have 10 active players, so I would like to ask that first of all you tell me whether you have 10 active players or not. So you asked me something, how did you find out that I do not have 10 active players, Whereas you did not ask me for my affiliate ID, you do not know anything about me like how many commissions I am getting, how many players are active with me, you asked me something like this, you did not ask me.

So I would like to tell you this, last time we had talked that you had given in writing that we are ready to give you 50% commission, so please either give me my 50% commission or first tell me that if I give you 10 active players, will my entire held commission be returned or not ?

One more last thing I would like to tell you that if this KPI issue which you told me about, then where was this KPI issue in the month of April? In April, I had 6 players active. You paid me around $15000. & you gave me the payment for March, at that time my full 10 players were not active. So has this KPI issue come up now or have you used it as an empty excuse because now you are only using your words. You are talking of giving 50 percent Commission in your last reply.


So I would like to say that please give my 50% commission to me and let this process run smoothly and pay me on time. If you need 10 active players, I can make them available to you, even more than 10, but please pay our payment on time.


And one last thing I want to ask the Gambler team is that first of all I am very grateful to you that you delivered our complaint in this manner and we got the answer. If this Blue chip company does not pay us and if they give us any kind of excuse in the next reply, then I would like to tell you that please decrease their ranking.


Because we are worried about many partners and we too are in financial need but they are not paying our money on time and the manager they have appointed is just giving us access only fake excuses and the manager is not helping us.

And humbly I request you that please give us our money on time. We don't need any excuse, please give us the money that we have earned because you have also earned it and I have also earned it.

So now as you stated earlier that if I didn't complete KPI criteria so you will pay the 50% commission amount to me.

So when will i get my 50% commission and what will the procedure and how much time ot will take to receive my commission.

NOTE :- According to your state if i complete KPI criteria then i receive my full commission but you said that i did not complete so you will prepare to give me 50% commission.

So i am waiting for my 50% commission

I am replying in my time frame.
But still I didn't not receive my payment as Bluechip Affiliate Team stated that they are ready to give me 50% of total commission amount.

And they said in their last reply that they have sent all supporting documents to AskGamblers Team.

So Have you received any mail regarding this ?

I am attaching screenshot of my partners dashboard that I still did not receive any amount or any mail from bluechip affiliate team.

First of all I would like to thank you for your reply.

Firstly you reply very late, in the last reply you said that 50% payment is being issued to you and we have sent all the proof to the Askgamblers via email.

But I have not received any commission till now. If you want, I am attaching the photo, you can see it there. I am sending the screenshot of my affiliate, I am sending the screenshot of my game account. I have not received any commission till now, so I request you to send me my commission as soon as possible because I have already told you that I have a medical emergency, so I need money.

Till now you have not asked me for my email ID, I am a partner on your affiliate account through some mail id, then in what way will you send me my payment, I am not able to understand this because you neither asked for my name, mail ID nor asked for my affiliate id, on whom will you send it like this.

And also from other partners whom I know, You have approved their commission as well and they have also received their commission, but my commission has not been approved yet nor have I received it in my game account, so please give me my commission as soon as possible.

In the last, I would just like to say that please give me my commission as soon as possible so that I can complete my medical emergency, and please give a quick reply and make the payment quickly. This is some kind of fraud, don't talk about getting it this way.

Still you didn't reply me.
I didn't receive any amount of my commission still. Kindly check and send me my commission as soon as possible.

Why are you not replying in timely while complained reply time is about to expire.

While other partners have received their commission, only me didn't receive any amount.

Reply time is about to expire you can see this in attached photo.
I request to AskGamblers kindly remind Bluechip Affiliate Team for my complained I think they forgot to reply to me.

Hope to get my commission as soon as possible.
