The Magician is a Scatter and he will trigger features when landing on the reels. The symbol is also Wilds, and will substitute for any other symbol to help form winning combos.

Magician Performances

Two Scattered Magician symbols will trigger one of the three random magical performances on the reels. The Expanding Man, the Transporting Man and the Wild Shuffle. In the Expanding Man, both Magician symbols expand to create full length Wild reels. The Transporting Man will have another Scatter symbol appearing on the reels to trigger the Free Spins, and in the Wild Shuffle 4 Wild symbols are dealt to random positions on the reels.

Free Spins

When you land 3 Magician symbols you will trigger Free Spins feature which will award you with 8, 10 or 12 free spins. The feature has a winning potential of up to x5000 your bet.

When the Wild symbol lands on the reels during the feature, it will remain sticky throughout the entire Free Spins sequence. Additional spins are awarded when a Wild is visible on each of the 5 reels. Once this happens you stand to win additional 4, 6 or 8 spins.

The feature can only be retriggered once.

Summary

Street Magic is not a slot that offers sharp and clear graphics but still the game will surely keep you hypnotized for a while because it has great winning potential which is incorporated in interesting bonus round and features. After all, we would pick great winning potential over good graphics any time.

Street Magic is a 5 reel slot from Play'n Go and I first tried it over a year ago. I initially found this game while playing on a freeroll battle and had a few pretty decent scores. After that I played this game on and off as I find the game to be quite a decent option for keeping a steady balance. The game itself is inspired by the magician theme and the main character is male magician who' also a scatter symbol.

I do have a bit mixed feelings about this game. I enjoy the base play as it can give frequent hits due to the base game feature. So whenever 2 scatters land on the screen, one of the following features will appear- random wilds added to the screen, the scatters turn into wild reels or additional scatter is added and the bonus round is awarded. For the most part I get random wilds on the screen which can help to land a 5oak combination so many times I've had a 20x-30x bet win due to this feature so I can't really complain about that, especially since the feature comes up often and it's nice to be rewarded in some way for the "scatter tease". Multiple times the base game feature has helped me to land a bonus too.

The bonus itself in theory is good- you get to pick one of the magicians' cards to reveal your free spins- 8, 10 or 12. Unfortunately the spins come with no multiplier, however, the wilds are sticky so if you're lucky to land a couple of wilds, it can give some decent wins. I also recently learned that it's possible to retrigger the feature if you get a wild on every reel- I've never experienced that so I didn't even know you could get additional spins. However, getting wilds on free spins, especially in good positions can be quite difficult. I've had most of my free spins pay around 30x-50x bet, only a few times I've got past that mark.

All in all, this is an average game with nice graphics and a good option to play to keep a pretty much steady balance. I think that it's quite difficult to get any wins higher than a few hundred times bet win as my best win over multiple sessions has been only 120x bet.

I stumbled upon Street Magic whilst playing the daily freerolls in Videoslots "Battle of Slots" and it was extremely kind to me both in that first tournament and with the free spins I won as a result of it, which is always a good start! Sticky Wild slots have generally been big winners for me though, particularly NetEnt's Dead or Alive and its sequel, so I'm always excited when I find a new game in this style.

Street Magic doesn't have quite the same insane variance as Dead or Alive. There's no crazy 2,500x stake win for returning five scatters, indeed there are only three scatters on the reels in this game. This means that far more of the games RTP is awarded during the free spins feature though, and it's very noticable that you hit nice paying bonus rounds much more often in this game than in Dead or Alive.

Landing just two of the three scatters awards a "second chance" feature with three possible outcomes; the weakest of these is the "Expanding Man" feature which will stretch the two displayed scatters to cover their entire reels. This can be quite profitable if you hit scatters on reels one and three, but is often a bit of a lame duck in either of the other two combinations which seem to occur much more frequently.

The next best "second chance" feature is called the "Wild Shuffle" and throws a bunch of extra wilds onto the reels in random places. I'd guess up to around eight or so can be added each time and as the scatters themselves are wild too it's quite possible to return in the region of 50-100x your stake from this on a lucky drop.

Of course, you'll be really hoping that your two scatters turns into three via the "Transporting Man" feature. When this occurs the magician will throw out three cards for you to choose from, with eight, ten and twelve free spins hidden underneath. During free spins all wilds that land will remain in place for the remainder of the feature and catching one wild on each of the five reels will trigger a second set of three cards from the magician, this time concealing four, six or eight further free spins. Cover a decent portion of the reels with wilds and pick the maximum combination of twenty free spins and this feature can really pay well!

I've been playing this one less than a year and had at least twelve to fifteen hits over 500x my stake from the free spins already, including four monsters over 1,000x and one truly crazy hit over 3,500x. It's always amazing when the screen is full of locked wilds and your triggering the "Big Win" animation every few seconds, constantly guessing just how crazy your win is eventually going to end up...!

Street Magic is yet another combination of 2 or more games from the same provider to create a new variant. In certain ways, it plays like 7 Sins, in another way, it is like Fu Der Ai, then the 4 random Wild symbols is like Cash Vandal, to name a few similar playing games. Nonetheless, it is up to each individual to like or not to like this game.

Street Magic plays with an additional row of symbols, but with the usual 20-paylines setup, not 50. In this way, the starting bet is kept low at 0.20 per spin, which is acceptable to me, but I don’t quite like the very low win values of all the symbols. The highest paying symbols, the Wild and the Ring, pays only 25x the total bet for any 5 of them, so even getting all 20 symbols would only pay 500x the total bet. However, the maximum possible win is indicated as 5000x the bet size, meaning, it can only be achieved as an accumulated total win from the free spins, and not from one single spin win.

What is interesting is that the Wild symbols are sticky throughout the free spins, and getting one or more Wild symbols on each of the 5 reels (ala Dead Or Alive game) would award a single Retrigger of either 4, 6 or 8 more free spins, depending on the card picked. This is the only way to get that maximum possible win of 5000x the bet size, because without that Retrigger, chances of getting any huge win would almost be impossible, simply due to the very low win values of all the symbols. Nonetheless, playing this Street Magic game can be exhilarating and exciting as playing Dead Or Alive game, but without the bigger winning potentials.

To get those free spins, you need to get 3 of the Street Magician Scatter symbols, either by getting all 3 Scatters in one spin, or by getting the third Scatter symbol from the special ‘Transporting Man’ feature. The Street Magician can also be an Expanding Wild Reel, or it can award 4 Wild symbols randomly placed onto the reels, depending on which of the 3 special features is randomly activated. Personally, I prefer getting the Transporting Man feature, to get the free spins game, for the best possible wins.

All in all, Street Magic can be an interesting game to play regularly, but typically of most PlaynGo games, the long stretches of empty spins could drain your credits quite easily, so be aware at all times!

Street Magic is one of the latest releases from Play N Go with superb graphics and extremely volatile as in Dead or Alive volatile. As normal you have wins often during the base game, but the pay table is low, which means those regular wins are very low 90% of the time, which means this game is all about the extra features and free spins feature.

This game has dark mysterious feel to it and the sound track very good as well. Symbols on the reels include hearts, spades, clubs and diamonds as well as handcuffs, daggers through cards, padlocks, stopwatches and jewel rings. The magician is both the wild and scatter and replaces all symbols. Both the magician and ring symbol will give you 25 times your total bet for 5 of a kind. Wild is in form of a card deck symbol and that is the same pay-out of the ring symbol.

Street Magic has 3 features including the free spins feature. The magician performance feature are in play whenever 2 scatters land on the reels and they are 1 of the 3 following features:
• The Wild Shuffle – 4 wild symbols are randomly added to the reels
• The Expanding Man – the 2 magician scatters expand to give you 2 wild reels
• The Transporting Man – a 3rd magician scatter is added which gives you access to the free spins feature

You can also trigger the free spins feature by getting the magician scatter simultaneously on reels 1, 3 and 5. You then choose 1 of the cards displayed to give you 8, 10 or 12 free spins. Wild symbols that lands on the reels are sticky until the feature ends.

The good news is that wilds can land on all reels. When there is at least 1 wild on each of the 5 reels, you will re-trigger the free spins feature, and this re-trigger can only happen once during free spins. You are presented with 3 cards to choose from and they will award you 5,6 or 8 additional spins.

If you like Dead or Alive, then you will simply love this slot, although the pay table are lower, however the slot has 20 pay lines instead of 9. I like the slot but simply do not have the patience at times as the feature can take forever and the wild line, happens once in a blue moon. Overall this is a great slot and make sure the starting balance is sufficient.
