Bejeweled is a video slot game from Amaya Gaming that did not grab my attention at first. I was even surprised to find out later that this is a very popular slot. But it turns out that this game offers a really great time and some good rewards too. This is arcade style game, and for that reason it is visually more attractive at least for me.

The Bejeweled video slot game is played on 5 reels and 5 rows. There are many different shaped diamonds in this game. At first this game might look very strange to a newbie, but everyone who is familiar with this kind of games will know what is happening immediately. So, every time you break up a line, all the surrounding lines will fall. And this allows for new winning combinations to arise.

The round shaped logo with colorful diamonds is the wild in this game. The main function of this symbol is to substitutes for all the other symbols. I really like this game because it is so different from the other games that I am used to playing and it is kind of like a puzzle. The highest win that I have managed to land was 30 euros. I always play this game on min bet though. For some reason I never feel very adventurous or the game does not give that kind of vibe to me.

This game has a jackpot and a super jackpot too which makes it more appealing to me. But the fact is it is so difficult to win them. In order to win the jackpot you need 5 matching symbols on the 5th line and 5 symbols on the 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10th pay line. And in case you have 5 matching symbols in the 10th pay line than you will get the Super Jackpot which is worth 20 000 coins. I have not been that lucky so far.

Bejeweled is not a slot you see very often to be honest. A lot of the major casinos do not have this slot and in fact I actually first played this slot on a Bingo Site - but there are casinos that do have it. I know Party Casino has it because whenever I get a free no deposit off them I often play this game with it. There is actually a Bejeweled 2 out as well but it is completely different to this slot. The reason why I like playing this slot is actually because I am fond of the actual game Bejeweled. The slot takes the same kind of theme from the game.

It is a 10 line slot and most of the time you can play it at 10p a spin but in some casinos you have to play it at a minimum of 10p per line so a £1 per spin. I will have to say when playing 10p a spin the wins are not that great and the chances of making your first million are not huge but you can easily work up a good balance from this minimum bet.

I often like to play this slot around 50p a spin. Unfortunately I have never received 100 times my bet on this slot! The concept of the game is to simply get your matching colour jewels together. All colour matching jewels will explode and bring in new jewels for you - thus creating more wins. The only thing is the wins like I said are not that great.

This slot is okay if you are looking for a bit of fun. Even though I would say its not a serious slot for gamblers - I have read some pretty amazing wins being taken from this slot but I think that is from people betting in excess of £10 a spin!

I noticed that “Bejeweled” slot is present in several casinos. This review is for the slot from Cripto -Logic casinos (the one that I played directly from its Crypto- Logic page on the AskGamblers site) but I guess there is not much difference between the various versions of the slot.

The slot is an easy going one, pleasant enough although there are not many playing options here and the resulting game is linear without too many variations. In fact, apart from the normal spins there is no feature and this is the reason why I left the game after just few spins played. Basically after the first hundred spins you get a bit bored of the game.

This slot is composed of a matrix of 5 lines x 5 columns where various types of gemstones fall from above. When the gemstones align each by 3, 4 or 5 they offer a payout. There are 10 paylines and the minimum bet is 10 cents. From all the 7 kinds of possible gemstones 5 of them offer very small payouts (3-5 cents/3 same symbols or 10-20 cents/5 same symbols). When there are winning combinations they explode and are replaced by other stones falling from above. The combinations are considered wherever they are present on the line (left - right, top - down or middle). About once every 2-3 spins there are 3 stones aligned (3 stones align for 70% of the payouts). Therefore in these cases the payout is low, only 3 cents. A few times you will have a higher payout of some 6-18 cents for more than 3 gemstones. Very rare you will be given also a big win of some 1-1.5 Euro by the gemstones that pay more. However, because of the fact the bet is so low (10 cents), you will not lose money.

This is a slot where the maximum payout is only 5 Euro (for 5 Diamonds) and the Jackpot (won in very difficult conditions) is only 80 Euro! Except the common symbols of the slot there is only a Wild here that appears about once every 3-5 spins.

At this slot I played a few hundred spins (after I started the game over again a few times because of the network errors) and I did not lose nor have I won anything (about 1 Euro). After about 30 minutes, because of the linear game I got bored. I do not know what to say, if you just want to try a new slot (without experiencing many emotions) I advise you to play here.

The game is too linear and simple. There is no feature. Wins are frequently very small (3 cents for 10 cents/bet).
