Editor’s View
Overall, I find it difficult to recommend Rapter to casual bettors. While the site does offer some good live-betting action and has some great prediction markets, it fails to deliver in some other key areas.
The high minimum withdrawal amount will deter bettors on smaller budgets, while the unclear licensing information will also be a red flag for some users. Keep reading this Rapter review to find out my thoughts in more detail.
General Information and Safety Details About Rapter
Rapter is a new online sportsbook that opened its doors in 2026. The site is owned and operated by Exceptiosoft LTD.
One of the biggest problems I encountered with the site was its lack of transparency regarding its licensing and ownership information. The best sportsbooks clearly display their licensing information on their website footer, and this is not the case with Rapter.
I had to look through the terms and conditions to find out that the site holds a licence from the Anjouan Gaming Board.
While this does provide the site with a licence, it is not the most dependable, and bettors should be aware of that before signing up. There are geographical restrictions in place, including in key markets like the UK.
Rapter Payments and Withdrawals
Rapter offers a number of payment methods, including Visa/Mastercard, Paysafecard, Revolut, Skrill, Neteller, and more. It also supports a wide range of popular cryptocurrencies. These include Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Tether, and more.
The minimum deposit varies but is €20 with most methods. Unfortunately, its minimum withdrawal is much higher, sitting at €50 with most methods. I found this to be very high when compared with other top sports betting sites, especially factoring in the difference between this and the minimum deposit.
The withdrawal speed will depend on the method you are using. In my experience for this Rapter review, I made a withdrawal using Skrill and received my funds within a few hours.
Rapter’s Best Offers
The Rapter sign-up offer delivers a generous package worth 250% up to €2,500. After claiming this, players can also claim a weekly deposit bonus worth up to €3,000. While these bonuses are excellent for higher-rollers, there is very little in the way of more accessible bonuses for bettors.
Betting Features Available at Rapter
One area where I felt Rapter needs some improvement is the number of sports betting features it offers.
- In-play betting: Despite being limited in the number of sports betting features offered, the Rapter in-play betting section is one of its biggest selling points. It is nicely designed, and I found it to offer some great live betting experiences. This included in-play match visuals, instant odds updates, and, in some cases, text commentary on events.
- Live streaming: Like most modern crypto-themed sites, the only streams available at Rapter were for esports.
- Price Boosts: Rapter does offer the occasional price boost for big events, and while these are not as frequent as I would have liked, there is still some value to be had if you can catch one of these.
Most Popular Sports at Rapter
As with most online sportsbooks, football is the most popular sport to bet on at Rapter. I found the football odds and markets here to be solid enough, though there was very little here you would not find at better value elsewhere.
There is a big emphasis on esports on the site, with popular games like Call of Duty, Counter-Strike 2, Crossfire, and Dota 2 all receiving plenty of coverage.
Aside from these, the site has over 40 sports to bet on, with tennis, boxing, and basketball all boasting over 300 markets.
One of the site’s more attractive aspects is its prediction markets. It offers great markets from across politics, tech, and popular culture, as well as a handful of sports prediction choices.
Rapter Customer Service and User Experience
It is not a surprise to discover a site created in 2026 provides a very user-friendly experience. It took me a matter of minutes to open a Rapter account, with the site requiring very little in the way of verification during this process. However, I did need to provide further ID verification when I attempted my first withdrawal.
I tested out the live chat for this Rapter review and was very pleased with the results. The support team provided me with information about withdrawals, as well as pointing me in the direction of some other information around licensing and ownership that I could not find.
I also placed several bets using the Rapter mobile site. This is supported on Android and iOS, and, in my experience, provides a very similar experience to its desktop counterpart. Unfortunately, there was no Rapter app available when I wrote this review.
Rapter’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
Rapter has some good responsible gambling resources available to bettors. It provides useful information about third-party support groups, and also has a range of questions and information to help bettors understand their online gambling behaviour.
There is also a self-exclusion scheme available. However, I would like to see this improved by punters being able to get easier access to it.
