Honestly most of the online casino have the same or similar games so nothing to complain about it is the same. I was reading a lot of bad reviews of pokerstarscasino and mostly about that's its rigged, people who have lost a lot, or a lot of problems with account verification. My own experience don't be rude to the costumer service agent since he/she is there to help you! and people that are saying it's rigged because they went over there own limit and don't forget it is a casino in the end house always win! I've been playing at online casino since covid, tried a lot of different online casino 's and my conclusion is read before you play. I haven't counted it yet, I think I probably will not but I have lost a bit on Pokerstarscasino was it rigged nope in Vegas I probably would had lost the same if you are saying that just don't play don't gamble! The deposits are easy as like other casino's, withdraw is different but if you had read the withdraw section before you deposit any thing, it makes sense, ask people nice for assistance I had contacted Pokerstarscasino(support) 3x maybe 4x I got a reply within a couple of minutes. Actually I can't think of any Pokerstarscasino, Betamo, Unibet, and others it's just the skin of lobby you prefer since they almost provide mostly the same games.

Zero customer service - no live chat, support only via email. Zero responses from CS, waited 3 weeks and still no response. Seemingly random frozen/restricted accounts with zero abilities to reopen your account.

Games work fine. They do not freeze or anything. The registration was fast and the ways to deposit are also fast.The treasure chest works fine and gives bonus spins.

Many famous games are not available in my country (like book of dead). You can see they exist but not play them. Also some games that u play like book of adventure, one day can stop be available. Other games like joker pro for example, you can find them only if you search them. They are not able to be seen. There is no live chat in Greece. If you in need it takes them weeks to answer an email. There is no way to solve your problems or be answered for what u asked.

I like that they offer a nice variety of games. They offer cash games for any bankroll and several different tournaments each day. they have sit n goes, heads up, Omaha, and many others. the wait isn't bad for these games.

1.MacBook OS software "Catalina" doesn't work. Geolocation won't work with this software and after trying to fix this twice, the outcome was to play on another device.
2. I then tried to play a tournament on my Ipad. During the game, I tried hitting the "in play" button for tournament info. It won't show "players remaining" or "my current position". This information is very important when in the middle of a game. I had to rely on asking my opponents (playing on windows) via chat. When I contacted support regarding this issue it appeared as though they didn't read my email. They sent me screenshots on how to find "your position" on a computer. I clearly stated in the email that I couldn't play on my laptop and this problem was on an iPad. Issue hasn't been resolved to my knowledge. I'm not 100 percent sure because they froze my account (see #4).
3. Be careful of the Blackjack I ran down a couple hundred fairly quickly playing by the book blackjack. The house seemed to always have a 20 or make 21 anytime my bet was higher. I understand this can happen because it's a game of chance but it happened enough and took my money quick for me to be skeptical now. please proceed with caution.
4.After getting my butt kicked in BJ, I made another deposit. After which they froze my account pending verification. (Isn't that nice? They take my money through a very shady BJ game, I go to deposit more money for them, and they freeze my account!). I sent in everything they asked for that day (carefully followed their instructions). The message says verification usually takes "minutes". It's been days and they have failed to respond to any of my several emails. How about freeze people's accounts when they try to make a withdrawal instead of not allowing them to play?

I would consider all other poker sites before depositing money in this site. Support/communication is one of the most important things when choosing an online gaming site. This site is the worst you can get.

Error message came up your account has been locked for a security check this should be resolved within minutes. 6 days later no emails no response, have sent 1 email every day and been of live chat everyday. Balance is locked so cannot withdraw or even access anything. I have been playing here approx 10 years plenty of deposits and cashouts fully verified, sent them more recent docs last sunday but no response

Pokerstars casino's jackpot are fake. I was playing Wild draw saloon, Diamond stars, Pharaoh's Loot and Stars Lineup and I was watching the "Midi stars" and "Super star" jackpot. The super star jackpot was at 119.864$. I was hoping that at 200k it will be released, but NO. The jackpot goes to 199.999$ and is reseting to ~119.860$. Hello. I am currently being ignored by PokerStars Casino regarding my account being restricted randomly. Pokerstars is by far one of the best Casinos i ever played on. I won money here on their site and they closed my account. However, once i confirmed my identity my account was reopened. This is one of the few Casinos i've played at that actually seemed to offer the RTP that was advertised. Account frozen... won't reply to any emails. I can predict bad beats so often on this sites poker tables that it became scary for a while. I started to doubt reality. I've played poker at Stars for some time and often ventured into the casino games section of the poker client after hitting something lucky on the tables, so trying out their dedicated online casino seemed like a natural first step. I was pleased to find that I still qualified for a bonus despite the accounts being shared between both poker and casino as many times that isn't the case with online gaming sites.

As part of the same operation its logical that Stars casino offers the same super speedy withdrawals as their poker room. Usually that means I receive my payout request in less than half an hour, although there is occasionally a blip and it might take a couple of hours - still very much acceptable. Randomly I've also had the money arrive just a few moments after pressing the withdrawal button too so perhaps they have a fixed schedule or something like that which I just haven't noticed!

What annoyed me was when you deposit and withdraw - changing euro to dollar you lose out on currency exchange, I only worked this out when I wondered why my profits where 100 dollars less overall the year- due to depositing and withdrawing at different rates - rather than the same rate... this was fixed, after contacting them, but was too late to recoup losses. (thats the euro and dollar part for deposits). No warning tho for players on deposits and can save money.

I have played in many sites but WHOA this one just gave me the worst experience ever. Starting with the sign up and their 200% match bonus it was hard to navigate as the balance on the top right wasn't reflecting.
I deposited 30 pounds which gave me $117. Dollars to play with. Why Dollars ?
Moving to their games, there is a poor section of selected Microgaming games, some of the biggest games are missing, reels spin in different way, some musics backgrounds are missing. Half of the games would not even start, stating I need to update my flash player where its already up to date ! I was playing on Mac but decided to try on Windows too - same thing. Half of the games would not start.
In regards to the payouts - This is what killed me. I tried maybe 5 games (all that worked) on different bets. Never got a bonus, never got a 20x+ win. Games are sucking money, giving the minimum payouts, not to talk about free spins, which did not occur.
I would not be returning there. They might know a thing or two about poker, but in casino department - they are pure zero. AVOID !
