They accept ONJN self-excluded players and ignore responsible gambling rules. I’m officially self-excluded through ONJN (Romania) since January 2025, but PokerStars still let me deposit and play. Their support says they block self-excluded players, but in reality, they don’t. When I reported it, they closed the case with no real explanation. They just interpret the law however they want, as long as it suits them. Totally irresponsible.

Pokerstars Casino gets the high marks its Poker site gets for the shared features of transaction processing times (excellent), mobile app (excellent), and customer service (great). I can't speak to other users' experiences, but I've had nothing but timely responses to all customer service requests - even when the customer service issue was sitewide I was in contact with a (likely overworked) human agent within 20 minutes.
Game choice is good, it has one game I have not yet located at a different site which I love.
I'd rank Pokerstars Casino in the top tier of online gambling sites.
The only significant issue is that I find its gambling "challenges" and promotions lacking. This is stark contrast to the Poker side of the site, which has numerous creative promotions.
While nice that it is the main feature of the daily free spins wheel, there are few other challenges that outside of insurance bonuses. I have never seen or heard of a drop being won on this site. I like that they offer a nice variety of games. They offer cash games for any bankroll and several different tournaments each day. they have sit n goes, heads up, Omaha, and many others. the wait isn't bad for these games.
1.MacBook OS software "Catalina" doesn't work. Geolocation won't work with this software and after trying to fix this twice, the outcome was to play on another device.
2. I then tried to play a tournament on my Ipad. During the game, I tried hitting the "in play" button for tournament info. It won't show "players remaining" or "my current position". This information is very important when in the middle of a game. I had to rely on asking my opponents (playing on windows) via chat. When I contacted support regarding this issue it appeared as though they didn't read my email. They sent me screenshots on how to find "your position" on a computer. I clearly stated in the email that I couldn't play on my laptop and this problem was on an iPad. Issue hasn't been resolved to my knowledge. I'm not 100 percent sure because they froze my account (see #4).
3. Be careful of the Blackjack I ran down a couple hundred fairly quickly playing by the book blackjack. The house seemed to always have a 20 or make 21 anytime my bet was higher. I understand this can happen because it's a game of chance but it happened enough and took my money quick for me to be skeptical now. please proceed with caution.
4.After getting my butt kicked in BJ, I made another deposit. After which they froze my account pending verification. (Isn't that nice? They take my money through a very shady BJ game, I go to deposit more money for them, and they freeze my account!). I sent in everything they asked for that day (carefully followed their instructions). The message says verification usually takes "minutes". It's been days and they have failed to respond to any of my several emails. How about freeze people's accounts when they try to make a withdrawal instead of not allowing them to play?

I played at PS casino for many years. A couple of times I ran into issues with disrupted games on “big wins,” but the other day was a breaking point. I contacted support who ended up resolving the outcome as only a refunded $35 wager (that I don’t even have in my account at the time of this review) and they said the outcome of the free play was unknowable, which strikes me as odd for RNG based games with a clearly identified game number. After years of playing, I can not longer recommend PS casino, since a few too many incidents occurred coinciding with such “big hits.” We are already playing negative EV games, so not play on platforms that will additionally take some big wins from you.
