I played at PS casino for many years. A couple of times I ran into issues with disrupted games on “big wins,” but the other day was a breaking point. I paid $35 for a “buy pass” feature (which allows you to automatically go to free spins bonus round). That had an additional “gamble/upgrade” feature, in which you could upgrade multiple times. I had successfully gambled on a wheel that has probably ~5% success rate, so my $35 would very likely be a $500-$1000 win on average from that point. I decided to close the game and come back a while later to enjoy my win, only to find that the game had simply disappeared. Gone. That had never happened to me. I contacted support who ended up resolving the outcome as only a refunded $35 wager (that I don’t even have in my account at the time of this review) and they said the outcome of the free play was unknowable, which strikes me as odd for RNG based games with a clearly identified game number. After years of playing, I can not longer recommend PS casino, since a few too many incidents occurred coinciding with such “big hits.” We are already playing negative EV games, so not play on platforms that will additionally take some big wins from you.

The RTP (return to player) is the theoretical percentage of winnings that a game will pay back to a player over time:

It has slots and poker rooms a variety of games like any other online casino. Deposits are simple and fast. Mobile site is simple and easy to use if needed.

Probably worst slots experience I have ever had.. I burned probably 5k€ in 3 months with biggest spin win 150€... and that was 1 time only. All the rest was mostly empty spins. I tried small stakes a litlle bigger stakes nothing changed.
Also no live chat is just awfull... would not recommend it better throw your moneyy away it will be more thrilling for you 🤣

I play four online gambling. Pokerstars is the site for poker. Recently spent about a year using the Casino.

Pokerstars Casino gets the high marks its Poker site gets for the shared features of transaction processing times (excellent), mobile app (excellent), and customer service (great). I can't speak to other users' experiences, but I've had nothing but timely responses to all customer service requests - even when the customer service issue was sitewide I was in contact with a (likely overworked) human agent within 20 minutes.

Game choice is good, it has one game I have not yet located at a different site which I love.

I'd rank Pokerstars Casino in the top tier of online gambling sites.

The only significant issue is that I find its gambling "challenges" and promotions lacking. This is stark contrast to the Poker side of the site, which has numerous creative promotions.

While nice that it is the main feature of the daily free spins wheel, there are few other challenges that outside of insurance bonuses. I have never seen or heard of a drop being won on this site. Not to say it doesn't happen, but this is not the site that I think of when I think of casino bonuses/promotions, etc.

Outside of this, play it daily. The Pokerstars team did a great job supplementing its Poker main feature.

The reload bonuses they offer are quite enticing! On a daily basis, you can receive 3-5 free spin chests, which adds to the excitement. Their selection of slots is extensive, and they boast the best live casino experience I've ever encountered.

Regrettably, there is no live chat option available, and some game providers, especially newer ones, are missing from the collection. Additionally, I find it cumbersome that different documents need to be sent for various requests. Moreover, the navigation on the site is not very intuitive, which can be a bit frustrating.

I hate poker, but I trust the site. When I discovered that the casino had opened, I immediately thought there would be something useful. Played only a slight bit of casino on PokerStars.
I used to play a fair bit of poker in the days and therefore have come across their casino from time to time.

It used to be my favourite casino and poker app! I have had my account since 2015-2016. They have good offers for reload bonuses! You can get 3-5 free spins chests/daily after betting 10p. And no more Pros, to be honest.

Their requests for documentation when you want to increase your betting limits are intrusive. They request different documents in separate emails, not all at once, and multiple times to ensure they take as much time from you before giving you a resolution.

The resolution is usually their initial decision, and they will portrait it in such way to make you believe they changed something to your account, but they did not.

"Self-imposed limits" are imposed by Pokerstars and not customer. You, literally, do not have control over your funds, if you hit any winnings. They will not increase your deposit limit even with proof you have funds. They say these limits are temporary. But they are forever if you circumstances don't change. In my case, they setup a limit of USD200. If you deposit £100 and win £50, you have to think twice before withdrawing the £150. Otherwise, cannot deposit more than £40 for the next 30 days, even if you only want to deposit the £50 profit you made. God forbid making £400-700 at once (which happened several times within the last 12 months), so if you feel lucky at a later date you cannot make any deposit more deposits. If you make a profit your only two choices are: keep the money on the Pokerstars account or gamble the profit straight away. I am thinking about going to my local MP or Gambling Commission, in regards of this matter.

Their app and website games go down several times a week. When you contact customer service they waste your time asking you to send log files and clear browser cache, and do useless troubleshooting. Only one customer assistant was transparent enough to admit there was an issue on their end after contacting them 10-15 times.

Someone else made a good point about how rigged the poker tournaments feel, particularly, based on how often you lose a hand down the river.

I will try to stay clear of them!

I really like the fact that they manage to get casino license because when you get the first look you can't understand where it begins and where it ends.

You must have a guide to help you navigate through.
The casino account change money balance to dollars, the sports account to euro.
The games its like they missing essential software updates, slow and without the average rtp.

They advertise on tv saying you can get $50 as soon as you bet $1. They don't tell you that you have to opt in, make a deposit, then opt-in AGAIN when you come back in order to get the bonus. Same way with the daily "mega bonuses" that they advertise.

I'm done jumping through hoops and will stick with FanDuel from now on.

I believe that you can play at this casino only for free chips. A long time ago in 2017 I managed to hit the jackpot in one of the slots of this casino. What do you think? I like that they offer a nice variety of games. They offer cash games for any bankroll and several different tournaments each day. they have sit n goes, heads up, Omaha, and many others. the wait isn't bad for these games.

1.MacBook OS software "Catalina" doesn't work. Geolocation won't work with this software and after trying to fix this twice, the outcome was to play on another device.
2. I then tried to play a tournament on my Ipad. During the game, I tried hitting the "in play" button for tournament info. It won't show "players remaining" or "my current position". This information is very important when in the middle of a game. I had to rely on asking my opponents (playing on windows) via chat. When I contacted support regarding this issue it appeared as though they didn't read my email. They sent me screenshots on how to find "your position" on a computer. I clearly stated in the email that I couldn't play on my laptop and this problem was on an iPad. Issue hasn't been resolved to my knowledge. I'm not 100 percent sure because they froze my account (see #4).
3. Be careful of the Blackjack I ran down a couple hundred fairly quickly playing by the book blackjack. The house seemed to always have a 20 or make 21 anytime my bet was higher. I understand this can happen because it's a game of chance but it happened enough and took my money quick for me to be skeptical now. please proceed with caution.
4.After getting my butt kicked in BJ, I made another deposit. After which they froze my account pending verification. (Isn't that nice? They take my money through a very shady BJ game, I go to deposit more money for them, and they freeze my account!). I sent in everything they asked for that day (carefully followed their instructions). The message says verification usually takes "minutes". It's been days and they have failed to respond to any of my several emails. How about freeze people's accounts when they try to make a withdrawal instead of not allowing them to play?
