I play four online gambling. Pokerstars is the site for poker. Recently spent about a year using the Casino.

Pokerstars Casino gets the high marks its Poker site gets for the shared features of transaction processing times (excellent), mobile app (excellent), and customer service (great). I can't speak to other users' experiences, but I've had nothing but timely responses to all customer service requests - even when the customer service issue was sitewide I was in contact with a (likely overworked) human agent within 20 minutes.

Game choice is good, it has one game I have not yet located at a different site which I love.

I'd rank Pokerstars Casino in the top tier of online gambling sites.

The only significant issue is that I find its gambling "challenges" and promotions lacking. This is stark contrast to the Poker side of the site, which has numerous creative promotions.

While nice that it is the main feature of the daily free spins wheel, there are few other challenges that outside of insurance bonuses. I have never seen or heard of a drop being won on this site. Not to say it doesn't happen, but this is not the site that I think of when I think of casino bonuses/promotions, etc.

Outside of this, play it daily. The Pokerstars team did a great job supplementing its Poker main feature.

The reload bonuses they offer are quite enticing! On a daily basis, you can receive 3-5 free spin chests, which adds to the excitement. Their selection of slots is extensive, and they boast the best live casino experience I've ever encountered.

Regrettably, there is no live chat option available, and some game providers, especially newer ones, are missing from the collection. Additionally, I find it cumbersome that different documents need to be sent for various requests. Moreover, the navigation on the site is not very intuitive, which can be a bit frustrating.

I hate poker, but I trust the site. When I discovered that the casino had opened, I immediately thought there would be something useful. I took a welcome bonus and quickly reached the blue chest with awards, they gave more bonuses there. In general, if you play wisely, there will be a lot of bonuses. But with their wagering, nothing can be sorted out in the rules at all. I advise you to just play and check the information in the profile, the real state of affairs is displayed in it and it is clear how much is still left.

I like that I closed my account soon enough and will never play there. It makes me feel like a winner:) If you still have an account, close it and you will see how great it feels to be free from scammers.

The casino games are 100% rigged, games that constantly pay 0 are super boring. Really it's better to bang your head against the wall than to play those rigged games:)

Played a lot in this Casino (even more in Poker) but I think PokerStars can improve much more his product in regards of Casino. I love the Poker brand, hoping to see a great offer in Casino

I would like to get more bonus and it would be great if the navigation would be easier. It's a bit confusing to find stuff there, after you get used to it, it's fine but it would be great if the website could be more intuitive

Played only a slight bit of casino on PokerStars.
I used to play a fair bit of poker in the days and therefore have come across their casino from time to time.
More than anything I enjoyed their tournaments more than any other place, and for that reason alone I can recommend it.

Can recommend this casino. Almost no games and bonuses restrictions for Poland. Website isn't laggy and games work fine. Email support works not too fast but acceptable.

No live chat, some - especially new - games providers are missing. Different documents are to be sent at different requests. Navigation is not very intuitive.

No problems. Satisfied with fast transactions of deposit and withdrawal. Good support and an OK range of games. Would recommend. Some games are very "volitale" and it seems like low RTP even in long term but I guess it has to be like that. Also support is fast and responsive.

Range of games is OK, I still miss some of the other providers. Site works well on mobile but it gets a bit laggy overtime on a premium android phone. Like mentioned, RTP on some games is unreal...

Had a few issues regarding promotional rules changed without informing me but after speaking to online chat and managers, they helped the best they can to make it up to me.

Many games and I just received my winnings. The responsible gaming options are great because you can set that your pending withdrawal is locked and you cannot cancel it. The email service is ok too.

I would expect more games from microgaming. Theres no chat option. Theres not much I can dislike about this casino. Its really ok. I wish it wasnt so far away from Poland.
