Un necessary delay in withdrawal

My withdrawal is delayed without any reason and the customer services is not giving me the reason or deadline for processing withdrawal, they asked me for wallet verification 2 days ago which is verified now and its been 3rd week that my withdrawal is not processed.

I am KYC verified as well, my amount of 4929.83 Euro is still held, i have no money for food and i am a depression patient went in complete state of depression now, I have not eaten food since yesterday and i am starving now feeling very weak.

I am requesting that a strict and quick action may be taken to process my withdrawal.
