I can't log in so this is from memory. Not 100% accurate.

334 euros deposit 150% bonus 500 euros

Because the Japanese in the terms of use was unclear, I asked support before playing whether the bonus was separate or integrated. Support answered that it was separate, so I bet 334 euros quiche on baccarat in one play and won, which made 651 euros. After that, I played with dice and made about 700 euros, but I couldn't withdraw it. When I asked support, I was given an incomprehensible explanation that the baccarat would be returned to the cash wallet but the dice would be returned to the bonus wallet. After that, the supporter admitted his mistake. However, the money was not withdrawn.

Un necessary delay in withdrawal

My withdrawal is delayed without any reason and the customer services is not giving me the reason or deadline for processing withdrawal, they asked me for wallet verification 2 days ago which is verified now and its been 3rd week that my withdrawal is not processed.

I am KYC verified as well, my amount of 4929.83 Euro is still held, i have no money for food and i am a depression patient went in complete state of depression now, I have not eaten food since yesterday and i am starving now feeling very weak.

I am requesting that a strict and quick action may be taken to process my withdrawal.

Global withdrawal issue apparently

I have been enjoying zolobet for a few months now, so many slots and providers to keep me happy and entertained amd absolutely no problems with deposits or withdrawals. I made another withdrawal on the 18th of June and logged in the next day to find the withdrawal still processing (happens, not unusual for casinos to take even a few days). I logged in a couple of days later and it was still processing so I went to the chat to find out the problem. I spoke to chat and they politely confirmed that they had a "global" withdrawal problem amd it would be rectified in the next few days ( never heard of a casino having withdrawal problems in the past 20 years but my trust was still strong with them so ok). So after that I logged in everyday to get the same reply from the chat which started to alarm me. It is now two weeks from the day amd my withdrawal is still pending. I would also like to add that I am fully verified here so that shouldn't be an issue either. Please help AG 🙏
