3 week withdrawal pending period

Hi i've been waiting for a withdrawal in this casino for 3 weeks ever since the 23rd of december. They told me that it could take up to 10 working days but I'm still waiting, I already passed verification. Amount around 250 euros, this is too much time for a withdrawal and I don't think they'll even pay at this point

Withdrawal issue

I have got one payment last november and my account is fully verified....now I have waited my withdrawal (1000€) since 8.1.2026. They said that they have some problem with payments since new year. Now they even dont answer anymore my emails (about 1-2 weeks) and there is no chat agent anymore available!

Withdrawals delayed by the casino

Hello!
I have 2 pending withdrawals already for 11 and 10 days ago, total amount of 650€.
Zeuswin help center just says - wait, we'll pay ASAP, but nothing changes from day to day, no money has arrived to my account.
Previously I had no problems withdrawing from them, but now 11 days delay starts to worry me.

Casino withdrawal delayed

I requested 2 withdrawals of 500€ each on the 22nd and 23rd of July. One of which was processed according to casino terms within 3 business days on the 25th of July. My second withdrawal which should be processed latest 3 business days later is still pending processing.

Meaning another 7 days (5 business days) have elapsed.

While live chat agents told me they left a note for the finance department, no reasonable cause for the delay was given.

I would like the Casino to finally pay me as soon as possible.
