my account already approved. yesterday i made withdraw request 1500 euro. in their site saying ecopayz withdraw process time 24 hours. 24 hours passed they still dont pay my money. when i try to connect their chat support , they kicked to me on chat before connect for say something.i m sure. they dont pay few days my money

Refuses to pay

Dear Sir or Madam,
I registered in casino ( https://www.hepsibahis17.com/?wrapper=true ) in november 2019. I deposited and played several times.
In the end, my account stood at TL 21,861.50 with winning.
I gave 5000 TL withdrawal order. My account was then immediately blocked. After contacting customer service, they only paid me my deposits of 6,530. You have withheld 15,331.50 without justification
