Dear Sir or Madam,
I registered in casino ( https:­//w­ww.h­ep­sib­ahi­s17.co­m/?­wra­ppe­r=true ) in november 2019. I deposited and played several times.
In the end, my account stood at TL 21,861.50 with winning.
I gave 5000 TL withdrawal order. My account was then immediately blocked. After contacting customer service, they only paid me my deposits of 6,530. You have withheld 15,331.50 without justification

Due to the violation of Youwins' regulations your account was closed.

13.2 Any Bonus is only available once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and/or IP address. Accounts opened under the same postcode/personal details /IP address that are found to be related to any existing account may be closed immediately and any bets will be voided at our discretion. We reserve the right to reclaim any winnings attained by these means. All new registrations are monitored to ensure that duplicate accounts are not opened so please adhere to these conditions.

13.8 Where any Bonus is capable of giving You guaranteed or increased chances of profits irrespective of the outcome; and we have any evidence or reasonable suspicion that You have placed a bet or multiple bets (alone or in a group of players) across any of the Sites belonging to the Company on such a Bonus, then we may withdraw the Bonus and all winnings attained by You during the wagering of the Bonus and we may also close Your account and withhold all funds remaining on Your Account at our absolute discretion.

1. I only have one account (betvar). what is the name of the other?

2. I didn't get a bonus.
tell me which and how much.

if I did all of that, why I spent so much money (6539 - 1000 euros).
