Hi I played and won 20 000 nok (2 000 euro) at this casino. on thursday 19-11-2020
I was of course very happy and went to make my withdrawal using rapid transfer which is the same method i used for depositing. After clicking on rapid there came up 3 choices of e wallet, neosurf, coinsPaid and MiFinity. These 3 available methods are either not available in my country and/or currency so i cant withdraw. There is no skrill, neteller, bank transfer or visa for withdrawal
I have talked with chat at least 3 times concerning this but i dont get any concrete answers or help just the same response - we apologize for the inconvenience and are looking into it. They have rapid transfer i euro but because i played using nok i can not use that withdrawal method either.
They advertise on their casino site and here on ask gamblers rapid transfer for deposit and withdrawal.
I have asked them if they can send my money manually using bank transfer if i send in my bic/ swift but they have never answered me on this.
I hope you can help me ask gamblers.

I hope you will find a solution quickly as I have spoken to chat several times and they have said my case is under investigation and that is almost a week ago.

Hi Yoju casino,

Skrill is not blocked for me as i would not of been able to deposit via rapid or skrill.
Mifinity does not use my currency which i have already mentioned.
I have made a deposit using skrill and tried to withdraw my winnings. The first time it was rejected so i have tried again.
I spoke to live chat at your casino who was no help whatsoever, just copied what i wrote and gave an unhelpful answer.
I hope that you will make this high priority as i feel i have waited long enough.
Why when i have spoken on previous occasions has live chat not mentioned to me to try and deposit via skrill so that I could try to make my withdrawal via skrill?
My account is verified but I have sent in extra screenshots to verify my skrill account as I had to deposit via skrill today.
