Ybets delay routinr


Three or four other complaints are currently unresolved and nearly all of the resolved ones at this and the other platforms, are about this ill intentioned behavior, which they use as a standard practice. They gain some trust with the customer, by fast and uncomplicated withdrawals at first. In case somebody then wins a slightly higher amount, they start the Ybets delay Routine.

They wait till the max time limit for a withdrawal request runs out, and then they will abuse a "provider check" for 14 more days of delay. To drag it out further, they also might request a kyc verification and make it as uncomfortable as they can.

Ybets refers to itself as a No KYC Casino, it's the first thing you see when loading the page.

I personally don't mind a KYC verification, but what I do mnd, is the abuse of this process, as a way to cause delay and frustration. Btw you couldn't even submit your documents upfront, just to get it out the way.

I appreciate askgamblers for even being able to resolve those issues,

But the issue is not ever really resolved if YBETS gets away with this abusive practice.

Also it must be bothering for askgamblers that a casino that uses methods like this and is clearly not trustworthy, is able to have an overall rating of 9. And it would be nice to see askgamblers come up with a solution to put a stop to these deceptive practices.


My case :

I requested 4 withdrawals about 86 hours ago. Since then I heard nothing and the status is still in progress. All together a sum of 1600€.

Prior to this I was able to make 3 withdrawals which all were under 100€ and were all processed within about 2 hours.

It takes one look at the complaints section to know what will happen next... the Ybets delay routine which consists of a fake provider check and delaying everything from now on to the last possible limit.

It was Ybets turn to respond. @AskGamblers why was Ybets not required to answer, instead you switched it to being my turn again with your latest response?

You gäVe ybets an unfair advantage, either this was done by mistake, or you guys are working togethet with ybets.

The countdown was running for ybets to respond til tonight and without any reason you switched it to the countdown running down for me

Why??

The askgamblers review of this casino clearly states withdrawal processing 0-72 hours.

My one is processing for 8 days, for the second time without explanation.
