Withholding Payment
Hi there.
I hope you are well.
I recently had a moderate win with Ybets on the 23rd November.
I attempted with withdraw the funds. These were subsequently cancelled.
I enquired as to why. I was told:
"Hey there! Just a heads up that your account is currently going through a security check with the provider, so your withdrawals are on hold until everything is sorted out."
No reasons were given as to why. No allegations against my game play have been made and no timescales were given for this process.
I made a formal complaint, to which I was referred to their emails.
So I followed things up there.
I was once again told:
"Your withdrawal has been canceled by site security. To verify your bets through the gaming provider, this process may take up to 10 business days."
Once again, no reasons were given.
The timescale was subsequently extended to 14 days, when I followed up both about the withdrawals and the complaint.
"Your withdrawal has been rejected by site security. Your gaming sessions have been sent for verification by the provider. Verification may take up to 14 days."
As such, I am not getting anywhere.
In fact I am merely being delayed further.
I have attached screenshots of all of these conversations and of my account details / withdrawal attempts and amounts.
I would appreciate any help you can provide with this matter.
