I made a number of withdrawal requests on 9th and 12th September, which were subsequently cancelled by the operator as KYC was not completed. Fair enough.
I sent off my verification documents to the operator on 12th September, and have followed up twice with emails on 15th and 16th September, and have had no response. \
I contacted support, and they said they can't help it; it needs to be the KYC team.
Currently, my withdrawals are blocked, so I can't withdraw my funds for nearly 10 days.
