Surreal with endless and baseless checks
Around April 21, 2025, I registered on their website. On the same day, I made a deposit of $500.
I made a total of 43 (!) bets and won a total of $782.6.
Then they reduced my limits and I lost interest in betting on their website.
I tried to withdraw funds, it turned out that I had to make a certain turnover of the amount. Okay, I did it. I created an application, which hung in the "processing" status for a couple of days, and then it was rejected and the support team told me that the provider was checking my bets. At first they told me that it would be a couple of days, then they increased it for another week, then another week, then they said that it had not been checked for more than a month and I would receive a notification. But the notification did not come after a month and I wrote to the support team myself when a month had already passed, and waited another couple of days for the "provider check" to end. 43 bets and the winnings on them of $782 were checked for a month - the level of this site.
As a result, on May 26, I created a new request for withdrawal of funds, which was rejected and requested on June 7, KYC. where they asked to send 2 pages of the passport, which I did on the same day. A month has passed. The support on the site does not know anything, and the security department at the post office ignores my letters.
What should I think?
I have attached screenshots. I can provide correspondence with support for the entire period, but they send it to email not as a file.
Also if you need any additional information, I am ready to provide it.
Please help me finish this unfortunate verification and finally withdraw my money, as well as the winnings from this site.
