My withdrawals were not paid

Im new in this crypto casino because it is ranked as top trusted crypto casino/sportbetting.

I deposited and tried, first withdrawal went well, fast and automatically, after clicked submit, it loaded a little bit and said: Your withdrawal has been sent. And it worked.

The first withdrawal was a test, for safety reason with crypto. Knowing that it works, i request 2 more withdrawals. Now samething happened, it loaded a little bit and said: Your withdrawal has been sent. Now this time is a fake, nothing sent, nothing paid, no confirmation email, no hash code, no info added to my account history..... 2 withdrawals just disappeared like they never there. Checking in my account history i can only see my first withdrawal that was really done, nothing else.

Asking supporter, one by one tell me to be patient for 24h, after that they lied again that it's not their fault, they already sent the payments and it's up to the payment provider so they dont have responsibility about that. I asked for confirmation of the withdrawals, or hash codes, because no way they have sent but after 2 days no coins come to my crypto wallet. The supporter showed his lack of knowledge and unprofessional, unwilling to resolve the problem and also blame other for their fault, by lying.


Reading on the internet, i found at least 50 people are having same problem, most of them waiting for 10 days to 3 weeks now and still nothing.

I have given 1 star for this casino. But i still need help to get my money back.
