I recently started playing this site and absolutely love it. My first withdrawal only took about a hour. My next withdrawal of only 350$ took over 24 hours then was canceled by the casino! Stating they have to send my gameplay to the provider for review. Which can take 14 days or more during this time all withdrawals are frozen. I now have close to 7000$ in there just sitting. This site was advertised as no luck and vpn friendly with instant withdrawals. I looked on trust pilot and it seems they have a long history of these practices of locking accounts under the guise of gameplay review! Who reviews when you lose? No only when someone finally wins!

I only had one successful withdrawl of around 350$ which took approximately 2-3 hrs to complete. My next withdrawal was stalled for 24hrs then canceled by the casino. Casino citing a fraud investigation. I encourage everyone to look at how many complaints this casino has about the same behavior. If you win any amount there will be an investigation but if you lost would they still investigate? Yes I asked to close my account over 5 times and they finally responded today. Customer service is a joke….. payments are a joke. Do not ever play here it is a SCAM. Simply read the complaint history. I have played at many crypto casinos this is the only one who sent gameplay to a provider to stall your winnings! Also the only one who payments were not instant!

Here is your update….. an instant withdrawl casino held my money for days while waiting resolution on here. This is not an instant withdrawl casino as you can see from previous complaints. I withdrew absolute zero dollars after this complaint the money is gone. They also continue to ignore my emails telling them to permanently close my account. They are clearly a scam

Delayed withdrawal over 72 hours with no clear update or finance response

I previously received two successful withdrawals from this casino (180 € and 120 €), both processed within approximately 24 hours without any issues.

My current withdrawal was requested on 16.04.2026 at 02:16. As of now, it has been pending for more than 72 hours with no progress or completion.

During this time, I have contacted the support team multiple times. I was repeatedly told to wait 24–72 hours, but after each period expired, I only received the same general responses without any concrete update or explanation.

I was also instructed to contact the finance department via email for more detailed information. However, I have not received any response from the finance department so far, despite following their instructions. The support also mentioned that the finance department operates continuously, which makes the lack of response even more unclear.

The withdrawal status has remained unchanged (“pending”) since the request was made, with no visible processing or update.

At this point, I have received no clear information regarding the reason for the delay, the current processing stage, or an estimated time for completion

Instead, I am only being repeatedly asked to wait without any concrete progress or explanation.

I completed the KYC verification process on this casino platform, which took an unreasonable 8 working days. Once it was finally approved, my first withdrawal of 500 USD — which was simply my initial deposit — was processed and approved.

However, the additional withdrawals I requested on the same day and following days due to 500USD wd limit at once have not been processed, despite the platform clearly stating a maximum 72‑hour withdrawal timeframe. It has now exceeded that limit, and no explanation, update, or communication has been provided.

This level of delay, lack of transparency, and complete communication failure is unacceptable. It reflects extremely poor service and raises serious concerns about the platform’s reliability.

Casino refuses to verify account

On 12 December 2025 I received an email from the Ybets KYC Team requesting identity verification documents in order to process my withdrawal of 3,410 USD from my account balance. The email asked for a copy of my passport/ID (both sides) and a selfie holding my ID in front of the Ybets website. I provided exactly these documents by email on 8 January and clearly stated that all requested documents were attached.

After sending the documents, my account has remained unverified and I am still unable to withdraw my balance. On 12 January and again on 17 January I sent polite follow‑up emails asking Ybets to confirm that my documents had been received and to update me on the status of my verification. Ybets has not replied to any of these messages, and no further information has been provided about my verification or withdrawal.

I believe that I have fully complied with Ybets’ KYC requirements, yet my withdrawal of 3,410 USD is still blocked without any explanation or response from their support. I am asking AskGamblers to contact Ybets and help ensure that my account is promptly verified and that my full balance of 3,410 USD is paid out, or that I receive a clear, justified explanation if Ybets believes there is any valid reason not to process my withdrawal.

I am filing a formal complaint against Ybets Casino due to the blockage of my withdrawal and their complete lack of response.

Multiple emails were sent to their finance team ([email protected]), but I have received no reply.

Chats with Ybets support (screenshots attached) show:

Generic replies like “Your withdrawal is being processed”, “Please wait”, and “Your case is a priority”.

Chats were closed or blocked by the support team without any resolution despite my repeated requests for immediate processing.

I was unable to speak to a manager or obtain a concrete payout date.

No action has been taken on my withdrawal for over 27 hours, despite repeated promises from their support team.

My Request

Given the persistent delays, lack of communication, and the fact that I was blocked from the chat:

I request the immediate processing of my 120 USDT withdrawal.

If the withdrawal cannot be processed promptly, I request a full refund of all deposits on my account, as the situation is unacceptable.

I have attached all emails, chat transcripts, and screenshots as evidence of my attempts to resolve this issue directly with Ybets.

I would like to ask ASKGAMBLERS for help with my delayed withdrawals.
I have three withdrawal requests that have been pending for almost a week. I requested $500 each on February 5th and 6th, for a total of $1,500.
All account verifications have been completed.
I contacted chat about this issue, but it has not been resolved. I also emailed support, but have yet to receive a reply.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to file a complaint against Ybets Casino regarding an unresolved verification process and withheld winnings.

On December 17, 2025, I made a deposit at Ybets and subsequently won $5,000. Two days later, on December 19, Ybets requested a copy of my ID and a selfie holding my ID with their website visible in the background. I promptly complied with this request.

On December 26, I was informed that the selfie I had provided did not meet their quality requirements, and they asked me to submit a new one with better clarity. I provided the requested selfie on December 30, 2025, fulfilling all their instructions accurately.

Since then, Ybets has stopped responding. I sent a follow-up email on January 7, 2026, asking for an update regarding my verification status and withdrawal, but I have received no reply. My account remains unverified, and I am unable to withdraw my $5,000 winnings.

I have complied with every verification requirement and acted promptly throughout the process. However, Ybets has failed to communicate or process my verification within a reasonable timeframe. Their silence has effectively locked my funds on the site, and I am concerned they are deliberately delaying or withholding my withdrawal.

1000 worth of slot wins not credited to my account

A few weeks ago Ybets casino had a brief site malfunction, it caused my $800 deposit, and several big slot wins (about $1000 worth) to not credit my account. All of this in a 15 minute window.
I complained about the $800 deposit first, which they sorted out within a couple days.
I complained about the slot wins not crediting at the same time. It has been over 2 weeks now. I usually get brushed off when I inquire about it taking so long, one of the times customer support chat told me a decision has been made, and to expect the funds within 24hrs, and then days later they tell me it’s still under review. No responses from emails. They are acting shady and giving me false information whenever I ask about it.

Delay in processing my 500 EUR withdrawal

I am submitting this complaint regarding delayed withdrawals at Ybets Casino.

My account has been fully verified. All requested KYC documents were submitted and approved a long time ago.

On December 28 i requested a withdrawal for 500 Euros, and according to Ybets Casino’s website, withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours. This timeframe has now passed, but the withdrawal is still marked as “Processing,” and no payment has been received. I have contacted live chat multiple times. Each time, I was informed that I would get my funds shortly. I even sent them an email, and the answer that I got on 31/12 was this

"We would like to inform you that your withdrawal in the amount of 500 EUR is currently being processed.

Our withdrawal procedures are designed to handle requests instantly or within 24 to 72 hours in most cases. While occasional delays can arise due to standard processing times in the payment provider's system, we see no issues with your current requests."

KYC problem with the casino

I requested a withdrawal on November 28, 2025. Shortly after submitting the request, I was told that I had to complete the KYC verification process. I completed all required verification steps as instructed. However, since then, my withdrawal has remained pending, and I have not received any further communication from the casino.

I have contacted Ybets support multiple times via live chat. Each time, I was told to contact support via email. Unfortunately, all of my emails have gone unanswered for weeks.
