I won't dive into the shady ToS, license issues these people have. Just straight to the most illegal stuff they do: they have responsible gaming options and policy, but not a single one works and they don't respect any of the policies.
I won around $14k, tried to withdraw but because of their ridiculous ToS it would have taken me around 2 months to withdraw the full sum (no, they do not respect the withdrawal limits in their ToS, I was a VIP user and had limits even below the ones for standard users. This is because of point 8.12 of their tos where they basically say they can decide on their own how much you can withdraw, without giving any explanation) I tried to self exclude but nothing, it just logs me out. Then I set a $10 wagering limit for 180 days, still nothing, I can play without limits. Then I email them and ask to apply the wagering limit or self exclusion, they say that the self exclusion currently doesn't work and will check with 'the team' about the wagering limit. Obviously they never did (they don't even have any team) and I lost everything out of frustration, which was their ultimate goal. Instead of activating my limits they even encouraged to keep playing to increase the withdrawal limits, which obviously they would have never done.
Give me my money.

Askgamblers note how now they've changed team to the IT team ahahah (that they don't have). They've tried this with me as well the multiple times I asked to limit my account but obviously this 'IT team' never responded. They will keep answering the complaint a couple hours before it expires with non-conclusive and random answers like this.
Regardless, what are you trying to accomplish? What can this IT Team tell you? What you've done is a matter of fact, there is not technical explanation needed. Give me my money.

False, you are just taking time. This is not time consuming at all. It's an extremely easy case.
If you are trying to prove (or fabricate proofs) that your responsible gaming options worked, just re-read the case and understand that since I had $14k and set a $10/month wagering limit it is not mathematically possible that I emptied the balance normally.
If you are trying to prove (or fabricate proofs) that I never activate or changed the limits, just know that there's clear evidence in your emails that I requested multiple times to activate those limits or also exclude me from playing.
You know you are in the wrong, there is nothing you can do.
