Disabled withdrawal request

From 22th of November ybet disabled withdrawal request from my account. When i am trying to withdraw i get the attachment message. Livechat can not help me and they do not know how to guide me. They didn't ask anything from me like KYC or something. I had a successful withdrawal in the past and i have access to my account and i can use my money to play but i want to withdraw not play. Please help me in first time to learn what ybet wants from me
