Deposits YES withdrawals NO
Long story short:
ybets is doing everything it can to prevent me from paying out my balance — or rather, it's doing nothing to pay out my balance!
I had a large win in the bonus round on the Santa's XMAS Rush slot when the game crashed due to connection problems. Normally, interrupted game rounds are resumed/restored, but this didn't happen this time, so I contacted support. The response was to investigate the issue and contact the game operator (to subsequently communicate the result, which never happened. It's strange, though, that the game history for the slot was deleted afterward...). Instead, my (at the time) ongoing withdrawals were canceled, my gaming account was put into "verification mode," and further withdrawals were blocked.
At the beginning of July, I had another large win, which I then wanted to cash out. The player/account verification was then completed after repeated requests. My withdrawal request was canceled because my ID card had expired. No problem, I thought, KYC is well known. And usually not a big problem...
I submitted the relevant proof (ID) on the same day the ybets KYC department contacted me about this. That was on July 11, 2025.
Since then, despite repeated inquiries, I haven't heard anything from the KYC department, and the "regular" support has been putting me off ever since...
