I have won a big sum of money on this casino and I think I am being delayed with the verification and the withdrawals. I made the first withdrawals on Sep 16 and after 3 days they were cancelled, receiving an e-mail for KYC verification on Sep 19. I submitted all the documents and afterwards, they told me to wait a maximum of 10 business days for my game session to be sent for the provider check. This term passed last week and since then I have been told to wait repeatedly with no clear time estimation. They are no longer replying to my e-mails. 20 days is a reasonable time for the verification in my opinion Can you please assist me with this? The disputed amount is 48800 USD.
