Tried to withdraw funds on 25.9.2025, and it was rejected.
I was asked to do verification and sent Ybets documents. Ybets wanted more documents, and I sent exactly the ones asked for on 7.10.2025.
Ybets never replied or verified my account. I asked for a follow-up, but Ybets completely ignored my email.
I have over 2000€ stuck on my Ybets casino account because they will not verify my account and ignore my emails.
I feel scammed and cannot recommend anyone playing at this casino.
