Casino delay Verification and now Provider review session 5 months
Ybets casino, I made a deposit and played in the beginning of this year, win for about 2000euros. When I tried to make the withdrawal they said my account needs to be verified. I have received an email to send the documentation they asked for. I have sent right away in the same minute, waited and waited for about 1month, contacted the support in casino website and they all said same thing " You need to wait and be patient", contacted support KYC by email same thing... After 3months finally my account was verified, but when I tried to withdraw again a message saying " Your game session is on reviews by providers "...
Already passed 5 months, nearly 6 months, still have the money captive on my account, can't withdraw, contacted many times by email and on website, they always say the same thing... This is unacceptable really that's why I submitting a complaint here with AskGamblers to ask for some help and you could solve this problem.
