Casino blocked funds and wont verify my account
Greetings to all those who will read this complaint.
My funds 0.15882ETH (about 400usd) were blocked in this casino. April 3, 2025 I received a message that first I need to verify my account.
Support sent me an email with information that I need to send a copy of my passport. I quickly sent it.
I didn't get a response for about two weeks. Then I wrote to the live chat on their website. They told me to wait a little longer.
On April 24, 2025, I received a new email, where they asked for another document, where it was stated that I needed to send a photo with their website in the background. I also quickly took a photo and sent it to them.
Almost 2 months have passed since then. I have not received any more answers. When I tried to contact the live chat, I received messages that I need to wait. Nothing else. I think this is quite a long time. Since I have not received any information, I have formed the opinion that most likely the casino is engaged in fraud. Therefore, I write here on the forum, hoping that you will help me.
I will attach all possible screenshots of emails and correspondence.
