I am reaching out once again regarding a pending withdrawal at Xonbet. My account is clearly marked as verified in my profile, and all required documents have been submitted.
Despite this, my withdrawal request from January 8, 2026, has still not been processed. Xonbet’s responses merely explain that my documents are in a queue due to high volume, but over a week has passed, and there has been no actual progress.
This delay is unacceptable, and the lack of concrete action from Xonbet is concerning.
