I opened an account in December 2025.
I immediately went through the entire verification process, which was successful.
I’ve been using my account for about 4 months and have made about 10 withdrawals.
Unfortunately, my last two withdrawals from March 31 and April 2 are still pending.
All previous withdrawals arrived within 48 hours at the latest.
When I ask when I will receive my money, support responds that they have a large volume of withdrawal requests.
Please help me receive my withdrawal.
