Casino can't change my number

Made an account within this casino last weekend.

Deposited money and decided to withdraw. I saw my number was the wrong number and contacted support about this, who told me I can change it myself. Tried and didn't work. Have tried at least 10-15 or more and still the same issue. Old number doesn't get removed and the number I have on their site is a typo and not mine. Instead of 070 it should be 073.

Support told me to fill out a form, I did and sent it.

Now some different name told me to fill the form again and send.

They keep stalling and do everything not to change my number.

I didn't use a bonus, I didn't put wrong personal or anything, besides the typo of my phone number.

Support just doesn't want to help, and I’m not the first person who has issues with this casino.

The amount I have on my account atm is 550 kr. I deposited 300 kr. They also using Swedish sek and text, and according to Swedish law, they can't do that. But that's something else.

There is nothing that say i need to do something more than saying i want my account deleted/closed permanent without permission to reopen.

I told them by chat and emal i want my account closed because of the issues with them, they deny this and it will stay open.

Told them 3 times to close it.

So i say it again; I want my account permanently closed and without permission to reopen.

Delaying my withdrawals for over a month

I am filing this complaint due to a withdrawal delay of over one month regarding my account balance. Initially, I requested a withdrawal of 800,000 HUF. Approximately one week later, the casino processed 350,000 HUF, but since then, they have been delaying the payment of the remaining 450,000 HUF.
The casino has been repeatedly citing 'additional security checks' for the remaining balance without providing any concrete details. It is important to note that my account is fully verified, and the website's own system states: 'Minden rendben! A fiókja hivatalosan ellenőrizve lett.' (Everything is in order! Your account has been officially verified). I have attached proof of this verification.
Despite being fully verified, the support team continues to provide generic, automated responses and refuses to process my remaining withdrawal. Recently, I cancelled my previous request and initiated a new one for 175,000 HUF via Skrill, hoping for a faster resolution, but the delay persists. I have also contacted the casino via their official complaints email, but the issue remains unresolved. I am seeking your assistance to ensure the casino honors my withdrawal request for the remaining 450,000 HUF.Furthermore, in an earlier communication (see attached image 5224.jpg), the support agent claimed that the withdrawal was delayed because it 'exceeds the account limits' and scheduled the next payment for June 9th. This contradicts their current claims of 'additional security checks'. It is evident that the casino is using inconsistent excuses to delay my rightful withdrawal of the remaining 450,000 HUF."

Delayed withdrawal complaint

I would like to submit a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal at XON Bet Casino.

My withdrawal request for €1,250 was submitted on May 30, 2026.

Initially, I was informed by the casino support team that the withdrawal would be processed on June 11, 2026. On June 11, I contacted support again and was informed that the processing had already started and that it would take up to 48 hours to complete.

However, the withdrawal has still not been processed.

Since then, I have contacted support numerous times and received different explanations, including:

the withdrawal was forwarded to the responsible department;

there is a high volume of requests;

I would receive updates by email.

Despite these assurances, I have not received any email updates.

Most importantly, the support team confirmed in writing that there are currently no issues with my account and no issues with my withdrawal request. They stated that the delay is caused only by an increased workload.

My account has already been fully verified and previous withdrawals have been successfully processed.

At this point, more than two weeks have passed since the withdrawal request was submitted, and I still have not received my funds or any specific processing date.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and obtaining my outstanding withdrawal of €1,250.

screenshots of all conversations with support;

screenshots of the pending withdrawal;

emails and chat transcripts confirming that there are no issues with my account or withdrawal.

Withholding withdrawal for 3 weeks using KYC stall tactics

I am filing this complaint against Xon.bet due to an unacceptable 3-week delay on my withdrawal. I requested my payout 21 days ago. Initially, my verification was delayed. When they finally requested proof of address, they rejected my official Swedish government document. To eliminate any language barriers, I have now uploaded an official Population Registration Certificate issued in English by the Swedish Tax Authority (Skatteverket), which clearly displays my full name and home address. When contacting live support, I am constantly met with automated copy-paste answers telling me to "kindly wait while the matter is under review". The casino is clearly using KYC verification as a stalling tactic to avoid paying out my funds. I demand that Xon.bet review my English document immediately and process my withdrawal without further delays.

Always rejected verification for not paying my withdraw

I would like to update my complaint regarding XON Bet Casino because the situation has become increasingly concerning.

After my first verification rejection, I carefully reviewed all requirements and resubmitted everything exactly as requested:

- new high-quality selfie with my passport;
- Skrill account/profile screenshots showing my personal information;
- Skrill transaction screenshots related to my deposit.

Despite this, my verification was rejected again with generic responses that continue to claim missing documents without clearly explaining what is actually wrong.

The latest response states that my Skrill transaction screenshot does not show my name. However, Skrill transaction pages do not display the account holder name directly. For this reason, I separately provided:

- screenshots of my Skrill account/profile with my name and details;
- and screenshots of the relevant transaction.

I have fully cooperated throughout the entire KYC process and repeatedly provided all requested information.

At this point, I am extremely concerned because:

- the casino keeps repeating generic verification rejections;
- no precise explanation is provided;
- and I appear to be stuck in an endless KYC loop despite complying with all requests.

I am requesting:

- a proper manual review of my documents;
- a precise explanation of what exact requirement is still allegedly missing;
- and completion of my account verification and withdrawal.

I remain willing to cooperate, but I can no longer continue blindly re-uploading the same documents without a concrete explanation from the casino.

Verification delayed for 8 days

Hello,

I have been waiting 10 days for the money and 8 days for verification. In these more than 3 days, they are checking only my proof of address...

I added screens from my profile, transactions, verify site, and from yesterday's conversation with support.

They answered me the same couple of times.

I added a screenshot, which I sent them to verify my address, so you know there is the same data that I registered in this casino.

Delaying my withdrawals

I opened an account in December 2025.

I immediately went through the entire verification process, which was successful.

I’ve been using my account for about 4 months and have made about 10 withdrawals.

Unfortunately, my last two withdrawals from March 31 and April 2 are still pending.

All previous withdrawals arrived within 48 hours at the latest.

When I ask when I will receive my money, support responds that they have a large volume of withdrawal requests.

I am filing a formal complaint against Xon Bet regarding a withdrawal of 3000 PLN.

I requested my withdrawal on March 18th. For over two weeks, the casino support kept telling me that the payment was "in progress" and there were no issues. Today, after 18 days of waiting, they suddenly rejected my verification documents without any valid reason.

This is a clear stall tactic. My account was previously verified, and I have provided all necessary documents. The casino is intentionally delaying the payout of my winnings. Account Status: My account should be fully verified. This sudden rejection after nearly 3 weeks is a clear "stall tactic" used to avoid paying out legitimate winnings.

I have attached screenshots of the chat history where they lied about the status of my withdrawal, as well as the proof of the rejected documents today. I demand the immediate approval of my documents and the payout of my 3,000 PLN.

KYC verification runs over 3 weeks

Hello,

I have been trying to withdraw money from this casino since February 8, 2026. Unfortunately, this has not been possible so far because the casino does not want to complete the KYC procedure.

I was asked to upload a picture of my ID, a selfie with my ID in my hand, and proof of address. After I uploaded all the documents, nothing happened for several days. Then I received a message saying that the documents had been rejected. No reason was given, nor was it specified which document had been rejected.
It then said that I should upload a picture of my ID and a utility bill. I did this, again nothing happened for several days, and then it was rejected again for no reason. When it was rejected again on the third attempt, I contacted support. They suddenly told me to upload a selfie. Although I had already done this at the very beginning, I uploaded another one. Again, nothing happened for several days, then it was rejected for no reason and it said again that I should upload a photo of my ID and a utility bill. I wrote to support again, and they said the selfie was too blurry, even though it is a sharp selfie. So I uploaded another selfie and it was rejected again.

I have the feeling that the casino is doing this on purpose. They also take days to respond and never give a reason unless you ask.

Unfortunately, I'm not getting anywhere here and would appreciate your assistance.

I have contacted Xon bet numerous times in regards to my withdrawals. Each time they reply I keep getting told the same thing. That they have a high workload atm and can i please be patient and that they will let me know as soon as the relevant department contacts them. I am verified and have already received one of my withdrawals so I dont understand the delay. in saying that I do understand if they have a high workload ect. but I would just like to be filled in on maybe how much longer it will be or if there is maybe something I can do to help them complete my request. there terms and conditions state 48 hours for withdrawals I have been waiting two weeks.
