Sorry if I sent this twice i won't try again after this gonna have to trust it but I don't know how the site works I didn't get an email confirming I sent the complaint and I can't see my old complaint in my active.

Sooo I'm having verification issues for almost 4 days now I contacted support and am being ignored I just wanna be able to cash out.

When I tried to verify it left me on the screen in the picture enter your full name exactly as it appears on your identification form with no way to type it and nowhere to go? So I'm just kinda stuck.

thats the problem i cant even see how much i can withdrawl untill i verify. my verification issues is the main issue not the payment but ill take another picture of my account balance. if thats whats needed im at 120.26$

also sorry im a step by step kinda person its not fair to assume their not gonna pay me out once verification is done and the money i have on my account is played through so the amount it says in the picture is the amount i should be able to withdrawl
