After several attempts attempts at redeem, every document I sent gets denied. All documents have all the info required in including dates and addresses. In this time of trying to verify, I continued to play and won over $5000 then all of a sudden I get a message saying I exceeded the number of attempts at verification. So now I'm. Not getting any responses from customer service and don't know what to do. Please help

Update on my complaint.
After send multiple emails to the casino trying to redeem over 5000 my account was eventually closed. Now I have no access to my account and not receiving and emails or messages from wowvegas casino.
