Hi my name is Levon, I made an account and won big and wanted to cash out the same day. During verification process I successfully did the live wellness check, successfully uploaded a bank statement, but I realized I mistakenly uploaded the wrong proof of ID. After that, my screen told me this: "Unfortunately, we couldn't verify you. Please contact the Company where you try to verify your profile." Now I'm stuck on this screen and I can't retry my verification while I have $978 sitting in there. Now another shot at simply retrying to verify would fix my problems but I'm not having any help from support right now.
