Hi I submitted a redemption on June 29th. I have yet for it to be even processed and it is to Skrill which is suppose to take 24 hours. WOW Vegas has customer service but it has been non existent and they have not replied or processed my redemption in over a week. I have tried contacting customer service and submitting tickets. I would just like my payment to not use the casino again after having another experience with WOW Vegas.
