I’ve been experiencing an issue with WowVegas regarding my account verification. I submitted my identity verification request, and after five days, I still haven’t received any response from customer support. I’ve submitted two tickets (Ticket #644-637 and Ticket #647-033), but I have not received any confirmation emails or replies.
Despite WowVegas stating they provide 24/7 customer support, I’ve received no communication. I currently have $400 pending in my account, but I am unable to redeem it until the verification is manually completed. The lack of response is extremely frustrating, and I need this issue addressed as soon as possible.
