I am owed 3K and locked out of my WowVegas account. I did they verification through their third party system and uploaded my permanent resident card and my Chime bank statement, then the status said confirmed and it turned blue meaning it was all verified. I then received and email from that third part company that they were not able to verify my identity and to email WowVegas. So I sent WowVegas and complaints@wowvegas.com emails and they requested a different form of address verification. I then sent my wireless bill to them and they responded that this was not a valid form and they needed something different. I then sent my credit card statement/bill from US Bank and then they just stopped responding AND locked my account. I sent over 17 emails, and Facebook messages and posted on Redditt and they only responded one time to the Reddit post and have not heard anything back since 7/1.
