I am a new player on WOW Vegas. I guess I am joining the unfortunate crowd of people who have been scammed. I actually won. A Grand jackpot. My balance is $2400.56 but when I attempted to verify my account, I get a generic response saying that my account can't be verified despite me uploading all supporting documents. There's no reason provided nor is there any recourse for correction. I have had one response from customer service apologizing and asking for a selfie with me holding my ID which I provided immediately. That was 6 days ago and I have had no response since. I am ot uploading my personal documentation for obvious reasons.
