Several weeks in a row, I noticed promotional leaderboards that were not updating as described. I tried asking more information about this from customer service, but the typical response was to ignore my inquiry. One week I was "compensated" with free sweepstakes coins (which are not redeemable until played through), and any other time I tried to bring up the issue to customer service, I was ignored. The WOW Wednesday promotional leaderboard is the most obvious example, but I also noticed the new "daily race reward" tracker wasn't working on several days, and would reset at different times from day to day, making it impossible to know how long you had to achieve the goal.
There are other instances of promotions not working as advertised, but these are the main ones I have documented. Because of this, I have lost all trust and faith in this site, and would like a refund for coins purchased for the weeks documented, as I firmly believe they are not operating fairly or transparently. I believe there is further software manipulation, but the site will not give me an export of my gaming history for me to be able to prove or disprove otherwise. I feel like if they had nothing to hide, they would gladly send my game data. They have mentioned that I can access my game history (line by line in an incompatible format for transferring data to an analytical software such as excel), but because I have not agreed to the updated terms of service as of January 24, 2025, I can no longer access my account, and therefore cannot access my game history data at all. I asked them to close my account on January 24th, which they have not done.
