I have been with Woo for a long time now. My withdrawal requests have always been quick and done within 30 mins of submitting and normally in my account within 2 days tops.
Last night I had a free spins bonus from my VIP manager and after completing the wager playthrough I ended winning $2500.
I submitted my withdrawal and its still not even been looked at.
I keep asking why and I keep being told its in a que. This has been going on now for nearly 24 hours and still nothing. My friend had a win today on a bonus also, his was processed straight away so I know the casino is lying to me.
